That wasn't a fodder moment for Sasuke, considering he was holding back against Bee cause he had to capture him alive + he hadn't recovered from his battle against Itachi + had lost the CM which he incoporated into his fighting style for years + was using the MS for the first time.

Despite all this, Bee noted Sasuke as the only one besides the Raikage to ever dodge his Hachibi enhanced speed,and one of the strongest he ever fought.
