Let me tell you this. Obito is a good example here someone unknown at the time and on several occasions people who fought him asked him questions and never captured him because he openly answered them though in most instances he was pretty vague but still this just proves that you don't like you imply Capture a person in order to ask them questions which is the stupidest thing I've heard. There are so many more examples of this like Obito in the NV it's amazing you wasted your time saying it.

Yet when they asked who he really was he said he was Madara and not actually Uchiha Obito right. or that the person who actually sent him there was the original Uchiha Madara and that he sent Obito for his plan to resurrect him and start another war. some of this he told them and some he didnt

Obitio was friendly in all of his fights before the war. Gave out some "all you need to know" information to whoever he is fighting or facing. He also commented back to whoever talking to him. Shin ain't playing that card. So yes Obitio is a failed example.

He had no intention of capturing shin that's your own opinion on the matter which isn't manga fact because there's zero scans showing Naruto's explicit Intention to capture the kid, the kid ran before Naruto could continue with the questions and he was probably speechless because Naruto intervened protecting the girls when Shin tried capturing Sarada.

So tell me, despite throughout NV history, Shinobi have been capturing each other for intel, how Naruto was gonna ask questions or get answer from a person who clearly have no intention of talking?
You wanna hit with all this "you have no scan" of showing Naruto wanna capture him, yet you have no scan of Shin being speechless(unless you don't know what a speechless moment is). You're teasing me hard.
