My complaint:
Why can't these "2nd bios" defend themselves? It's not our fault that they're not in battles. You guys said you wanted 1v1 battles cuz it's easier to judge. Then why are there SY rules? I believe the issue that we cannot engage you guys in at least 2v1 battles is BS.
Consider these scenerio:
Madara vs 5 Kages
Nagato vs Itachi, Naruto and Killer Bee
Tobi vs Kakashi, Yamato, Naruto, Shino, Hinata and Kiba.
Sasori vs Sakura and Chiyo
Deidara vs Team 7 and Guy's team
Jiraiya vs 6 Paths of Pain
Sasuke vs Yamato, Naruto, Sai and Sakura
Obito vs Naruto, Bee, Guy and Kakashi
etcetera etcetera
What I mean is that in wars, these 1v1 are unfair at times.
Imagine Madara fighting the 5 kages 1 after another. He'd have killed them in a few minutes.
Now look at it now in this war.
Konoha attacked Kumo. Konoha is now dictating the way we fight them.
It doesn't make sense. BS! If 2 kumo nins intercept you, switch to SY rules and continue. Don't say they should wait. If you are stronger than 1 of them, at least the 2 of them can hold off. When you are fighting them on a 1v1. It's so simple cuz you are stronger. You kill the first one and kill the second. Simple! Then you use an OP jutsu to destroy the village when no one else is allowed to counter except the person you are fighting. How does he counter a jutsu that is meant for the whole village. That's even a bigger BS! If a range reaches Long, I thought it is meant to be 15m? But now it is seemingly used to bring down a whole village.
This means Swamp of the Underworld can cover a whole village?
Majestic Fire Annihilation can wipe out a whole village?
If we are going by this then any technique that has Long range extends to infinity?
In wiki, it states that Karin's Mind's Eye of the Kagura can extend even to tens of kilometers, she can sense negative emotions and can also tell when she is in a gen. I have always restricted her to Chakra Sensing. If I use Mind's Eye of the Kagura, I can see sh*t more than the byakugan which can see only up to 100m. Well, from now I'll be using my Karin to the fullest. So don't be suprised when I spy on ya'll villages from the comfort of my village.
Now, what I want is this.
1. If anyone is using a tech that will affect the whole village, allow everyone to defend if one person cannot defend for the whole village. Don't restrict it to the person you are fighting in a 1v1 battle.
2. Don't assume things. Don't say because you used this or that, everyone of this set of people died. It makes no sense. If I form a swamp that is long range in Konoha, it doesn't affect every single person in the whole village does it? Or would I just say everyone that didn't see me when I arrived sinks. It makes no sense.
3. If you attack a village, you have no right to tell them how to attack you. They should either choose to engage their attackers in 1v1 battles or 2v1(2v1 so that the burden on senseis and mods for checking fights is lessened)
4. If your jutsu is just long then don't improvise it and make it used to wipe out a whole village. A whole village is not an alley or a street where you can just throw a stone from one end to another. If you have an S or F rank tech that extends to long range, it cannot take out a village. Take Kirin for instance. S rank, short to long range. Don't think it can wipe out a complete village. IT CAN'T. Sasuke use it as long range and it only destroyed Itachi's hideout. If it is able to wipe out a village then it should have gotten to where Kisame, Juugo, Suigetsu and Karin were waiting. That's how large a village is! And also, most jutsus that are capable of taking out a complete village start at the center so that the destruction is balanced. You can't just be at one end and use a technique that just keeps going to infinity guys!
Now look at Shinra Tensei:

@bolds and underline, you see how much strain a technique that does so much puts on the user?
If we recall, when Deva Path used this, he was just standing, recuperating for 5 turns. In our rp, someone uses an S or F ranked tech to take down a village and is using another F or S rank in the same or next turn! WTF???
