Sanji seeing his opponent raise a portion of the earth underneath himself to defend against the water, he then proceeds onto by weaving a set of handseals and forming a dragon made out of earth. Sanji being a raiton specialist would focus his raiton chakra into his right palm and shapeshift it into a ball of lighting. Sanji would aim it towards the earth dragon and throw it towards it. Upon the lighting ball making contact with the dragon, it would explode, destroying the dragon and creating a cloud of debris and dust.
(Raiton: Sanda Appu) – Lightning Release: Thunder Up
Rank: A
Type: Offence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning energy. The user can then hurl it at the enemy or trust it forward in a melee attack. Once the ball hits the target, it expands into a massive lightning explosion.
As the dragon is released a massive explosion follows, resulting in its decimation. With the boom, Lucci would drastically drop his weight and make a leap to the Dropped Lid, which now served as a centerpiece of the battlefield. On the backside of the lid with you in your same position, Rob would use his chakra to cause a forest of bones erupt out of the battlefield, making the water appear to have masts of ones in the remaining puddles. Now standing on top of the giant lid and looking at you, Rob will clap his hands and cause a puddle beneath you to instantly shoot you up while firing small bullets that do damage. Not waiting, he forms a single seal which transforms this puddle into a dragon that devours you and slams you into a bone spike impaling you.
(Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Light Weight Rock Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A (up to -20 if used to boost speed of a physical attack)
Description: Contrary to its counterpart (the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique), instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter, though still using the same principle and mechanics. The user will make direct contact with the given target (through his hands), infusing them with earth chakra and lowering their weight drastically. The technique can lower a targets weight up to 10 times less than it originally had. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The same principle applies if used on a physical attack wich will be faster but will carry less momentum and as such, less physical damage. It doesn't change the "strength" of binding techniques (like Sand Release), where the user is manipulating a dynamic element but will decrease the impact damage of techniques that rely on it.
Note: The initial effects last for 2 turns or until countered.
(Sawarabi no Mai) - Dance of the Young Ferns
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 45
Damage Points: 80
Description: Sawarabi no Mai is the fifth and last of the five Kaguya dance forms. The User causes a giant forest of tall sharp bone spikes to burst up from the ground covering the entire field. While active, the user can merge themselves into the bone trees at will to attack their target from whichever spike they want.
(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.
