hey I have 4300 posts
and only 200 kumi U_U

Your kumi doesn't rise in the "Forum Games" section, that's the only place. The meaning is self-explanatory, to reduce spam.

5000 kumi was a gift from NEXUS last year.
and for the bolded part few members have 7k+kumi

No, no gifts were given out of that kind.
Old or new members, it doesn't matter, everyone can get as many kumi as possible. Older members received 5,000 kumi, but it doesn't mean that they can't get more and donations can be done. As for the newer members, they receive more kumi for each post, when the time ends, they just receive the default amount.

Personally I'm against this kumi system and it should be removed, and they should bring the old point system back with new improvements.

but the new members are obtaining kumi from the forum games, despite the "forum game" section is zero kumi per post

It's true, i checked it, person i was observing was getting 5kumi every post, no matter where you post you can only post once per 10sec and he was spamming in game section as fast as possible.. kumi rising xd

And i though admin mod or some1 will check this thread so i don't have to annoy them with messages.

well if you get 5kumi per post in game section... people want higher ranks so they spam there that is around 300posts per hour = 1500kumi i think thats quite alot

If you get,like 1 kumi per post,that means that 1 kumi is good money,and that above 1000 you are rich.
