I saw this theory at another forum and found it more than interesting. I found it quite plausible, actually, and decided to share it for discussion, to see what you think about it.

Someone (can't remember who, at Narutoforums) said because of the romanization of Bible being biburu (the way it's pronounced), being similar to the word Vivre, that the pages of his bible were all vivrecards for many individuals and places. It could also work as a pun of the word "Biblical". Either way, if that's the case, he could keep track of many important places he's visited. And we're talking about someone who kept a low profile; he was a revolutionary, and became a shichibukai. You can't underestimate the ability he must have to gather information. Specially with access to the Revolutionary Army and the World Government info network.

It also explains why he's carrying a Bible around, remember Oda never leaves anything without explanation, everything is there for a reason. Also, as a kid, he didn't have his DF powers and he wasn't carrying the Bible. Coincidence? Possibly, but still peculiar. (He was drawn by Oda as a kid along with the other shichibukai in a SBS)

If the Vivrecard theory is correct, he would have known exactly where to send the Straw Hats and Perona; Luffy to an island where he could learn haki, Perona to a creepy island with an equally creepy castle, Zoro to a place where he can train his swordsman skills, Robin to an island about to be attacked by the RA, and so on...

aaaaaaaaaand go! What do you think?

Well, dah, does anyone actually believe it was a coincidence, lol? He knew exactly where to send them.

As for the rest - great theory. Makes sense.

Possible, yet quite as possible as any other more reasonable explanation. It might just as well be the simplest one - one that says it's normal bible. There are so many things to be explained (about everyone and everything) that I think that OP will go on for another 5 years...

Fishman Arc went on for a year. One Piece will go on for atleast 7-10 more years unless Oda decides to rush and end his manga faster.

That is a pretty cool idea.

My theory has been posted 2 or 3 times already. I was thinking there is something in that book (maybe an USB-stick lol) that he is triggered to use when he recieves some kind of codeword and returns to the old Kuma. I still think it's weird that Kuma just went to the Navy to become their weapon. Dragon is a smart man, there must be more to Kuma.

it's just so awesome that there are so many things i'm waiting for to see, while in all the other manga stories i'm reading I only can think of one or two. Like Shanks, he was introduced in chapter one, somehow Oda made him a badass pirate but we barely know anything about him.
