Kuma is on par with Mihawk IMO and superior to DD.

Kuma Can Level a whole Island with no diff (Thriller bark was left in shambles from his Paw Bomb). Instantanous movement, A robot body made of Sea stone, and on top of that He can deflect anything. He wont get tired (He is a robot). And even further he was more than enough talent to join the Shichibuaki prior to his upgrades.

1) And Croc could destroy a who city in one move, yet he still got beat.

2) Its safe to assume that Jozu can at least match him in speed. Either way that's not going to help him if he can't use CoO when hes facing 4 opponents at once, and mindless Kuma can't use Haki.

3) Elaborate on deflecting anything?
