Thats not technically true, they ARE humans but they have powers called Fullbring which allows them to change the soul of an object to what ever they desire. So with this power they are classed as Fullbringer, hence, they are kinda the bad guys...

Yess thats true! even i noticed this... Also iv noticed one more thing... What could be Ginjou's true mission... maybe he lost he's powers like Ichigo did.. And sucking other people's reitsu is a solution for him. He possible didnt realize that he had enough power to transform into his Xcution Form! Collecting = to get his power back (example: the sword ichigo was stabbed with)
