Konohagakure (木ノ葉隠れの里, Konohagakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden Among Tree Leaves"; also known as "Village Hidden in the Leaves" or "Hidden Leaf Village") is the Hidden Village of the Land of Fire. As one of the five Great Ninja Villages, Konohagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Hokage. There have been five Hokage, the most recent being Tsunade. On a mountain overlooking the village from the north exists the Hokage Monument. Although Konoha, much like the country in which it resides, has been relatively peaceful since the end of the Third Shinobi World War, it remains one of the most powerful villages in existence, and has great military power and influence, though this has waned in the past three years following the attacks by Orochimaru and Pain. The majority of shinobi from this village are seemingly proficient with fire release techniques.

Byakuya acts in an aristocratic manner — he seems always serene and apathetic towards other people, even when he is actually deeply conflicted. He is also extremely calm, even in battle, and is very seldom surprised by even the most drastic of actions. Ironically, when he was younger, he was quick to anger and very hotheaded, as noted by his grandfather.
Byakuya strongly believes in law and order. He thinks that if someone in a high position doesn't follow the rules as a good example, then no one will follow them. He believes that to maintain the order, all law-breakers must be punished, even if that goes against his own wishes. Despite his icy and regal manner, Byakuya cares for and protects those important to him, that's part of his "pride". Byakuya seems to have a comic side to himself despite his extremely serious personality. He generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations that he is faced with as shown from how he rarely views his opponent as being worth his time. Despite this trait, Byakuya is a very perceptive man and is fully aware of the limits of his abilities and usually anything he states in comparison to an opponent is justified.
Byakuya is popular among the female Ninjas, and was voted number one in the "captain we desire to release a photo book for" poll taken by the Ninja Women's Association. He likes Japanese cherry blossoms, night-time walks, spicy food, and bananas, but he does not like sweets. He, apparently, is very fond of calligraphy, being the representative or possibly president of the Calligraphy Society of the Ninja world.
Having descended from noble stock, Byakuya is easily offended if his name is not used properly. As such, he views Naruto Uzumaki in disdain for always referring to him improperly, although he has never said anything to him to change that. On one occasion, Byakuya calls Naruto to his mansion in order to have a talk with the young Ninja, but they were interrupted by Sakura's appearance, who asks Naruto to follow her elsewhere. After Naruto's disappearance, it is revealed that Byakuya wanted Naruto to refer to him properly, and to stop calling him by only his first name. When Byakuya talks with Naruto, he calls him by his full name, Naruto Uzumaki.
He also shows that he bears a grudge toward Minato Namikaze for being better than him at Speed, as well as annoying him by constantly rubbing his face in it, with this particular grudge spanning 10 years. This goes even as far as him even disliking having to use techniques taught to him by Minato.

History:
Kuchiki Byakuya was a Ninja Born in Konohagakure. Ever since a young kid he had always consider himself superior to others. As a constant traveler he encounter upon many villages where is taught about life, and it's possibilities. Ever since he started traveling he has become more serious and full with pride. He wields a sword only to intimidate thieves but mostly is just for hunting. He named his sword Senbonzakura and although it doesn't posses any special powers, he like's to believe otherwise. Ever since Minato passed away he felt responsible for not being able to help him, so he decided to travel and drop his training. From time to time he stops by Konohagakure to watch Naruto, who is Minato's legacy. After Pain's invasion he returned to his village now, he has come back Where he would learn all about jutsus, summonings.
This is where his new story begins....
