[Discussion] Kubo rushing the Final Arc

What happened to that Kubo when he promised the manga will end another Decade?

I felt Final Arc was a huge rush and and Quincies not getting good character development not complaining by the way Kubo still knows how to make a good sword fight .

So what do you think Kubo could have done which fans will be satisfied and get hooked to his plot ?

Missed that Espada fight and Our Lord Aizen Sama Trolling every other Captains .

the final arc was good at the beginning but once they took over soul society it turned to shit.

I feel Sternritters could have given tough fight to Gotei Captains .

I feel a little character development on part of Sternritters would have been good, atm they just appear Overpower the Shinigami for a few moments and then die like mindless pawns. A little backstory on their part would be amazing.
