since this is training i place a mark on my rite hand. i focus my chakra through the mark. it starts forming a sphere of chakra and i add wind chakra to it. it starts turning gray. i add more wind chakra and chakra. i forms into a rasengan with lil points at the end and is gray.

Nice. Now to make an elemental rasengan, all you have to do is add elemental chakra to it.
It can be water, earth, or lightning since they already have an advanced wind one, and a fire one. Try it out.

now be careful, wind and lightning on the elemental charts are opposites so it may hurt you if you do this, but otherwise not. now thrust it at something plz

For Oodama Rasengan, it's quite simple. You add more chakra to it to increase its size and damage potential. Try it out.
