i then concentrate and release a large amount of chakra into the seal to try and build a seal around the curse mark

I take another paper slip, and I write a mark of restrict (kanji) on it using my blood after biting my finger. I then focus my chakra into the tag to activate it...and then i place it on sin, and she stops moving.
