doesn't seem so >.< we'll do it other way.. take balloon with water *throws balloon at you* so remember Naruto's training? well we'll do the same thing, but it must be not just shape manipulation, but you got to control air in water to make balloon bigger and make water come to bottom of it, then try to spin water with air chakra.

on what water did ya do it O_O okay never mind that.. seems you learned spinning, now try to make it move in form of block and chakra don't flow trough and then shape it to anything so you would learn how to shape wind better..
