to get undergroudn and evade tornado and then I use:

(Doton: Doryuudan)-Earth Style:Earth Dragon Bomb

this one's one of my favorites.. create oil in your gut from some kind of your black chakra or something (can't remember at the moment) and then by controlling water ake it evaporate and bercome clouds from which the oil would start to rain
