Official I guess and you start us off

As the man comes into the field, Mera would have her two drones would go invisible and one would stay next to her while the other one would go into the air to the right and scan the man informing Mera of his abilities. At the same time of this happening, Mera would do a single handsign and have 3 Ice spikes form under the man impaling him in both legs and his back. As the spikes come out, Beedrill would release a passive/non rank honey blast at the man hitting him in the face with Mad Honey.

Description: The Medical Drone is a Drone created by Skarlet/Korra that is used for medical purposes as well as spying, scouting. For medical purposes, the drone is able to scan allies and opponents and is able to alert the user (for Skarlet/Korra through their Medical Gauntlet) the other person's health/diagnostics as well as scan for abilities and alert the user what abilities they are going against. It also can release a chakra rope that then attaches to either the user or allies and heals them. The drone will use the user chakra and follow Mystic Palm for healing the damage (chakra cost and restrictions). For scouting/spying the drone can cause the panels on it to blend into light making it invisible. It is able to scan the area (entire landmark) and sends the info to the user (Gauntlet) and the map of the area.

Be Beedrill's main ability is being able to release a blast of poison from one of his hand stingers. The poison blast is A rank in strength and can be shot up to longe-range. The poison Beedrill uses is basic poison similar to Med Toxin unless the user has a custom poison stated, in which it goes by those effects.

Description: Mad Honey is a special type of honey Korra has her Bee summons use instead of normal honey that contains grayanotoxins . The honey can affect opponents and none bee users or medical ninjutsu with effects varying with how much is exposed to an opponent. The opponents get exposed to the honey by either consuming any or having contact with it. Mad Honey can cause nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, circumoral paresthesia, tongue numbing, fainting, drowsiness, drunkenness, and seizures. For these effects the users must be exposed to at least a cup of Mad Honey with the effects following in order the more turns the opponent is in contact or consuming honey. After 1 turn the opponent will experience nausea and tingling. After two turns the user will experience weakness and have their speed drop by one level. After 3 turns the opponent will experience drowsiness and drunkenness while their speed drops by 2 levels. After 4 turns the user will experience vomiting, blurred version, circumoral paresthesia, numbing and fainting and seizures. Mad Honey can also cause cardiovascular system problems resulting into 1st to 3rd-degree heart block, asystole, and myocardial infarction. The opponent would need to exposed to half of their body size worth of Mad Honey and be exposed or have consumed the honey for at least 5 turns straight and would have their speed drop by 3 levels.

Description: Water Bearers(WB) are hilts that can be used for two certain ways. This weapon was created by some Kaguya members to use their bone abilities via the weapons but they were founded and modified to be used with raw chakra and water. Kaguya's can still use them but they became to be used by nearly any with chakra. Hilts sits in a pack on the user's back that has no abilities beside the hilts sitting in them. The hilts when used by a Kaguya can extend the hilt(s) out into a long sword(passive) and when used with the two abilities they coat the sword in chakra or water and whatever shape the user see fits with said ability.

The WB are made of a material so the user can channel their chakra and manipulate water sources or even the moister in the air for varies objects such as weapons and shields on top of them as its main ability. These two hilts are the perfect weapon for a weapon user and water user. The user channels their chakra and absorbs some water or moister in the air. The highest the rank of the object that is made of water is A rank or lower.

WB secondary ability is to use the user's chakra to produce the same weapons and shields as if they were to use it with a water source described before. The highest rank of the object is A rank or lower.

-Only one ability is able to be used a turn
-Water ability is only used when the air has enough moister to make the weapon of chose of the user or a some type of water source is in the area of short range of the user to use to use to make the weapon of chose of the user and must have the user chakra in it or no chakra at all.
-The weapons made from water/chakra still go by the elemental advantages and disadvantages
-The weapons also feel like the real weapon when used
-Cost a jutsu slot every time to defend or attack
-Making weapons doesn't cost a move slot but still does use chakra for whatever rank the weapon is created for
-Ranges of a weapon can only be short range of the wielder.
-Water users that can use water without source can make the weapons without a source also
-Techniques cost chakra equivalent to the rank that they are

Hisoka looks at his opponent with his sinister smile. He released two drones and they disappeared. He had to make a note of this as the ground started shaking.

"Welp got to blast"

His body changes with his nano technology from his body changes creating jets on the bottom of his feet. This propels him around at an arc to avoid the spikes but also the non rank honey to the left. While creating the jets he activates his chakra sensory ability since the nano technology doesn't use chakra. This opens his mind to more awareness to the world around him. He moves his way towards Mera.

Description: This is an advanced ninja tool made up of nano technology/Chakra metal infused with Med to create the perfect cyborg body, though on a lesser scale to Delta and Kawaki. This torso contains a core that powers the user's mechanical body which is self recharging, drawing from the users kinetic energy they produce and the heat energy from their body, their movements and even from the sun. The Ai within this is that the nano tech that forms this piece perfectly fits with the users body and is linked to them, acting on it's own while at one with the users. This torso can have various pieces of tech attached to it or within it such as the chakra blades or even have one of the chakra absorption arms fixed into it, making it extremely efficient.

Even with other items attached to the torso, the nano bots will work to enhance them and change the users body at need. A simple example of this would be to create jets from the users shoulders to allow for propulsion. This can be done in a linear manor or the jets can be moved to control the direction to move in arcs, vertically or horizontally. This can be done once per turn taking up one of the users three moves.

Not only does this allow for items such as jets to be made, the user can reshape their body and or arms to form other weapons such as cannons (various other jutsu in the style), weapons such as blades etc or even form shields. Reforming the users body can be done once per turn, equating to up to S rank in strength, depending on the users needs.

Should the users body take damage, they can use the additional nanobots within their body (similar to aburame bugs) to reform their body. Reforming costs one of the users three moves per turn, reformation can be done twice per battle however does not heal the user's health pool. The defence is considered to be C rank, being immune to C ranks and below and health wise reduces C rank damage from all interactions.

(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique

The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Mera would see the man use some sort of jets to avoid the ice spikes but would remain calm. Her gauntlet would alert her to the scan of the man showing he his part cyborg. Knowing this Mera would plan, as the man tries to kick her, Mera would release a burst of chakra going back 5 meters leaving in place a lightning avatar of her body. The man would hit that instead of her causing him to get shocked by lightning which would be worse for him being a cyborg.

Description :
The User releases a burst of chakra from around there body and moves in a certain direction, whether it be forward, upwards, backwards or to the side the chakra will remain where they once stood manifesting into an element to carry different effects. The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne
Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

As the man is in shock, Beedrill would spray the area around him with mad honest making it if he steps in it he would be affected by it. At the same time, Mera would create several orbs of Scorch that resemble small suns around her. She would have the orbs strike the man (2 from his front and one on each side) hitting the man and causing the water in his body to evaporate.

Hisoka senses alerted him to the lightning nature being channeled and his opponent moved as he was coming down with his leg. He normally would be stuck with the trajectory but he is a special case. He burst chakra into his boots that would push him back from his target's previous position but also up in a diagonal direction. This would allow him to move out the way but also avoid hitting the figure of lightning that looks like his opponent but he knows exactly where the real opponent is.

Description: A movement based technique, Flying Swallow Feet works by focusing chakra into the soles of the user’s feet, super-charging the chakra-metal present in their shoes. Since there is less of the chakra pathway focused in the user’s feet than other locations on the body, this helps the chakra metal amplify any chakra passed through it that’s used for the ZX Buster style. More specifically, Flying Swallow Feet allows bursts of chakra to be fired from the user’s feet that can be used to accelerate short distances (known as “dashing”). Dashing can be done either in the air or on the ground and helps as it allows the user to put more momentum behind their strikes. When dashing, a visible burst of chakra is seen from the user’s feet, and they tend to have an “afterimage”; this comes about simply a trick of the eye, and is nothing special. As the chakra metal will retain its “super-charge,” and once activated, this technique does not deactivate. The user, although moving in a fast pace/burst of speed is still trackable by normal eyesight.

He is moving back and noticed the bee releasing the honey which he would be out of the way of it. His opponent on the other had released some small size fire orbs that looked like small suns. This was new to him and hasn't seen this type of ability. This had to be something different based on his senses doesn't alert him of it being fire but some nature that is mixed with fire. He released a barricade that surrounds his sides and his front that intercepts the orbs of fire advanced nature. The water and orbs hit each other and creates a steam that blocks everyone's view of each other. Thanks to Hisoka chakra sensory and lands and runs around to the left at an arc this way he can avoid the honey but also try to catch his opponent off guard. He tries to come around and do a straight right kick to the head.

Ad the battle goes on the area would be covered in black clouds that start raining endlessly. Due to Mera's rain specialty, rain clouds would form and rain around the whole terrain giving her a source of rain for Rain Ninjutsu. As the water and scorch jutsu clash and form steam, Serperior would track the man alerting Mera his location as well as the invisible drones scanning and tracking him. Mera would do two hand signs and slam her right hand on the ground causing a 360° wave of scorch from around them that burst outwards, hitting the man before he could get close.

Planning ahead, Mera would focus her chakra into the rain and changes the rain around the man that comes down and bind the man. This would be a just in case if he tries to jump over the rain. While the man is pinned down, Mera would create an ice disk and launch it at the man. The Disk would be vertical and slice the mans right arm right off their body.

Hisoka trying to push around on his opponent but looks like his opponent go easily. He released the element that had that fire nature feeling to it but was actually strong to Water from what he can tell from his previous action. The clouds start to thicken up something he didn't actually notice before. Was it about to rain? He hate when it rains when he is fighting. He holds his right hand out which releases a sphere which absorbs the full technique that is sent at him. He puts his hand down and runs forward but in his tracks he is stopped in his tracks.

Whats this about? I can't move.

He tries moving but couldn't. As he is trying something was sent at him with a "feel" of water but isn't full water. He looked up and see the disk coming at him. He makes some hand seals and his body completely turns black. The disk hit his right arm but shatters under the defense of the earth technique. He uses his new strength and nature and could move his feet again.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.

Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Kakuzu bios can use this technique without the need for handseals

As the man's skin darkness and breaks the Ice Disk, Mera would be impressed but would still keep the pressure up. Mera would use her lightning chakra cause a strong of lightning to come up from the ground under the man wrapping around his feet shocking him. Mera would form an addinital chain stabbing the man in his back causing more shocking damage. At the same time the man is getting wrapped up, Beedrill would release a poison blast from his stinger, hitting the man with a blast of poison him.

As the man would be shocked and poison, Mera would do the Tiger sign and create a small scorch orb in her hand that she throws at the man. Once it gets within 3 feet of the man, Mera snaps her fingers causing the orb to grow and trapping the man in a scorch orb. The orb would than superheat causing water from the man's body to evaporate.

The orb will then heat itself up to immense degrees, evaporating the water within their target. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body. Due to the loss of water, the opponent can only use two jutsus for the next two turns.

Hisoka looked at the releasing lightning tearing up the ground coming at him as well as the bee releasing the poison. He takes hi board off his back and throws it on the ground and gets on it. He activates it and moves around the two jutsus avoiding them completely. He makes his move towards his opponent but as he does he notices the lady wasn't letting up on him. She hurled a sphere of that weird fire at him. He is still moving towards her with at less 4.5 meters from the ground. Description: Beelzebub is a skateboard that has red wheels and a green deck with a picture of two skulls connected symmetrically at the jaw. This skateboard has only one ability, it can fly and levitate. While in flight mode, the wheels rotate 90°, so that they point downwards and shoot jets up that uses the user chakra to keep it going which is -5 per turn. The flight mode activates passively by the user tapping their foot on the board one time or when the user fuel the board to activated it by using 15 chakra points. The board can fly and levitate around passively but to be used to evade or dodge a move requires a move slot and can only be done once per turn. The board can only hold max one person and only levitate at max a meter off the surface.

He rushes directly at the sphere trying to get past it to get to his opponent. He makes one hand seal and releases out a bullet size of rock from his mouth. The rock expands and takes on the sphere of weird fire. The rock is surrounded by his Bubblegum Ninjutsu that reduces the sphere down by 20 which makes it 60 damage by exploding outwards. That ninja tech is impressive....

As the man seems to maneuver away, Mera would need a wide range attack. Using the rain already, Mera would cause a ain't water phoenix to form in the sky the size of Gamabunta. The phoenix would roar and bust into a giant barrage of mini phoenixes that come raining down the sky hitting the man no matter how he tries to just move away from the jutsu. Due to it being her own chakra, Mera, her summons and drones would remain safe. The phoenixes would even be able to break into the ground.

Description: A more advance version of Johninto's original water phoenix the user will focus all their suiton chakra into the sky. When they have enough chakra in the sky they start to crate a giant phoenix that is the half the size of Gamabunta. When the phoenix is form it will explode into a large barrage of mini phoenixes that are the size of Abumanre bugs and will come down onto the opponent with such great force that even if they were underground up to 3 meters underground the phoenixes would still break through and do minor damage like breaking a little into the skin but not do faultily damage. Since the phoenixes are made up of the user chakra they will remain unharmed.
