Fuu would arrive at the designated battleground, finding her opponent was already waiting for her; with a small entourage of summons and tech. Not being able to do much to balance the scales, Fuu would create two snakes of wind that would quickly coil around her being, before appearing to disappear into thin air.

Though I may regret this Skarlet, I guess you can take the first move, especially since I've kept you waiting for so long! Fuu would exclaim, teasingly poking her tongue out of Skarlet to punctuate her sentence.

Description: The user would create two large snakes make of wind that curl up around his body and disperses into thin air. Their dispersion does not mean they are gone, they actually remain dormant around the body of the user in chakra form and would remain on the user's person until foreign chakra tries to touch the user. The wind snakes would manifest once a foreign entity nears the user(2 meters), wrap themselves around the entity and crush it before it can harm the user. Should the object they destroy be inferior to them in terms of power/rank, once they are done, the snake retreat back into the dormant form while leeching the user's chakra to repair themselves and make them back to their former strength. The snakes are able to reform 3 times. They would be destroyed or undone though if they happen to defend the user from something same rank as theirs following elemental strength and weakness.
NOTE: Usable 2x per battle
NOTE: No S-rank Fuuton the same turn this jutsu is used
NOTE: Purely defensive, thus can not be used to attack the opponent directly except they are attacking the user and the snakes would defend anyway.
NOTE: User can only use elements related to the wind
element and other non elemental techniques while the

Passively - ( Dōjutsu Ketsuryūgan ) - Eye Technique: Blood Dragon Eye

Description: The Ketsuryūgan (血龍眼, Literally meaning: Blood Dragon Eye) is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of eyes as red as blood. A notable ability of the Ketsuryūgan is it's ability to cast genjutsu, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze, on a level of comparable strength to the Sharingan as well as be able to follow high-speed movements. One of its main abilities is their ability to manipulate iron, or more accurately, any liquid with a high iron concentration which allows them the ability to manipulate the blood within themselves for Ninjutsu use. Much like any other Dōjutsu, the Ketsuryugan is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Similar to the Byakugan, the user can see chakra through matter and beyond dense matter or in long distances. This ability also allows the wielder to see one's "life force", or their physical energy and sense and see any living object within range.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his doujutsu, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina, he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Jounin Rank or above and has held the Doujutsu for a month, he becomes able to passively activate it.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: While traveling the NW, bios with an activated Ketsuryugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away though this does not beyond an ocean landmark.
Note: In order to utilize any of the blood based abilities, the user must be at least Jounin rank.

Description: The Medical Drone is a Drone created by Skarlet/Korra that is used for medical purposes as well as spying, scouting. For medical purposes, the drone is able to scan allies and opponents and is able to alert the user (for Skarlet/Korra through their Medical Gauntlet) the other person's health/diagnostics as well as scan for abilities and alert the user what abilities they are going against. It also can release a chakra rope that then attaches to either the user or allies and heals them. The drone will use the user chakra and follow Mystic Palm for healing the damage (chakra cost and restrictions). For scouting/spying the drone can cause the panels on it to blend into light making it invisible. It is able to scan the area (entire landmark) and sends the info to the user (Gauntlet) and the map of the area.
Note: Must be taught by Korra.
Note: User can have 2 drones while cyborgs can have up to 3

As Skarlet does all this she would summon 3 large snakes (5 meters big) from the ground underneath Fu to come out of the ground and attack the woman. Two of the snakes would go for her legs wrapping around and biting down. The third one would wrap around her waist and bite into her spine all injecting her with her custom poison. Skarlet would also cause the snake scales to be infused with Fire Chakra causing their scales to cause 3rd degree burns.

Description: The user will make the Tiger then Snake hand sign and gather an elemental chakra nature. When the user uses any snake ninjutsu, they infuse the elemental chakra into the snakes scales, giving them different properties and extra damage and strength against elemental ninjutsu. The snakes will then go by elemental rank difference in strength and weaknesses. This works on every snake used in snake ninjutsu like using these with multiple hidden snake hands all the snakes scales would change.
Fire - The scales on the snakes will be fiery red when infused with fire chakra. The scales give off fire, making it where if they bind an opponent, they burn the opponent causing 3rd degree burns. The snakes fangs can also give off fire giving them burning properties when they bite down into opponents burning them in the inside of the area where they bite down.
Water - The scales on the snake will be light blue and white when infused with water chakra. When they bind someone, they can have water form from their scales and have the water injected into the opponent, causing irregular breathing to an opponent. The snakes can also have the water form behind them extending their length by 5 feet.
Lightning - The scales on the snake will be black and yellow when infused with lightning chakra. The snakes scale will be constantly giving off electric sparks. When they wrap around opponents, they can all give off an electrical discharge at the same time, shocking the opponent to the point that they can become paralyzed. The snakes can also bite down and give off the discharge inside the opponent's bodies, causing more internal damage like organ failure.
Earth - The scales on the snake will be gray and hard as rocks when infused with earth chakra. The scales are as hard as rocks and allows the snakes to be able to do more blunt damage and cause broken bones and deflect ninja tools. When the snakes wrap around the opponent they can cause broken bones and internal damage.
Wind - The scales on the snake will be light green and have a constant windy breeze come out from their scales. The snakes can give off a sharp blast of wind that can cause deeps cuts on the opponent.

Note: Usable three times a match.

I hope she didn't exaggerate any stories about me! Replied Fuu as she reacted to the sudden emergence of the snakes below her; creating a barrier of wind around her body that would push away and dissipate the snakes before they could grab a hold and/or bite her. (The flame infusion doesn't make them a fire release jutsu and thus strengths and weakness of fire don't come into play here)

Keeping a close watch on Skarlet's actions, and not being fully aware of the extent of her abilities, Fuu would opt to test her out by releasing a blade of wind from her mouth that would expand into a massive gale as it strikes Skarlet. Unbeknownst to Skarlet, this wind jutsu would be infused with Fuu's camouflage scales that would become active depending on how Skarlet counters.

Description: Utilising her ability to produce a reflective Scale Powder, Fū is able to combine them with her Wind Release jutsu to grant them the same blinding effects of the Scale Camouflage technique. Fū is also able to grant this infusion to the other basic elements, by infusing the scales within the jutsu itself. When infused within a jutsu, the scales will not be visible until the containing jutsu's destruction which would release the scales and blind anyone looking at it in a similar way to looking directly at a flash bomb, essentially turning her attacks into flash bombs themselves. If the infused jutsu clashes with a technique it is equal in strength with, strikes its target or strikes any other obstacle that would cause the jutsu to normally disperse, the scales will disperse in a short-range radius from the point of impact releasing a temporarily blinding light. If the infused jutsu is over-powered by a countered jutsu, the infused scales will be harmlessly consumed by the stronger jutsu, thus not producing the flash-bomb-like effect.

She didn't but she told me what you posse inside you. As Skarlet says this her eyes would allow to see the wind chakra coming out her being mixed with something else. Not wanting to take the chance, she throws 4 kunai with red sand tags and does 3 hand seals causing a red sand wall to be created in front of her. The tags would also go off creating a C rank extra source of Red Sand boosting the red sand wall blocking the wind attack from connecting.

(Nirro Suna: Ryokō-sha no Tsūru) Red Sand Release: Tools of the Traveler

The tools will be able to repel water and other liquids and the sand is heated significantly giving them a burning property. The heat from the tools are enough to cause third degree burns to human skin on contact and cause deep searing wounds. The user himself doesn't directly touch the tools therefor he is unaffected by the heat of them. The tools can only be created short range from the user if the technique is used to create its own source of red sand. As a defensive mechanism the user is able to produce Red Sand directly from their body in a large enough quantity to push hazardous substances such as liquid, oil, fire, mud, etc away and off of them.

Description: These tags were created by Korra to use in conjunction with her Paper Ninjutsu and are a replacement for the explosive tags a shinobi usually carries thus making them passive. These tags are red in color with a desert/sand look with 漠 on the middle. The tags contain red sand in them and can be detonated by the user merely through thought. The sand in the tags help give the user a source of red sand throughout the battle field. Each single tag contains enough red sand to support a D rank Red Sand technique. The user can use the red sand from the tags for other Red Sand techniques but only if enough tags go off for example the remainders of a single tag can support a D rank technique. The remainder of two tags can support a C rank etc. If used alongside basic ninjutsu that summons Explosive Tags like Hidden Explosive Tags Technique, or that uses Explosive tags that technique is considered a Red Sand technique and will release Red Sand upon detonation. These tags can also be used alongside Red Sand techniques by funneling them into the formation of a technique empowering a Red Sand technique allowing it to overcome it's usual weaknesses as when it clashes with another technique the tags will detonate releasing more Red Sand and increasing the strength of that technique enough to overcome it's weakness.
Note: Must post this in the user bios to be able to use them or post them in the start of the battle and cannot be utilized alongside other seals to increase tag damage.

Skarlet seeing how Fu jutsus so far seem to be boosted, Skarlet would take one of her Tailed Beast pills. The pill would cause a red chakra cloak with 4 tails to be formed around her body. She would then perform two hand seals and form a wave of blood that is produced from her own body and sends it to the woman. The wave would also be boosted from the drug effect. Due to her Doctor specialty she would be able to take the pill with no side effects at first.

( Bijūgan ) - Tailed Beast Drug

Damage: N/A (-10 to user per turn)(+20 to Taijutsu and Ninjutsu)
Description: These are pills in a capsulated form that give the user a heightened transformation. When activated, the user gains a chakra cloak with tails that can range from one to four tails — though the precise amount of tails generated by the user depends on the amount of chakra they have. The tails are capable of being used as a shield deflecting kunai, taijutsu or ninjutsu and are able to manifest into Tailed Beast Chakra Arms. If the user is rendered unconscious, the cloak will disappear. The chakra shroud protects the user from damage and grants him a high reduction of 25 damage from techniques.
Note: Lasts 3 turns each use. For every 500 chakra the user has, the user gains an additional tail starting with 2 at 500 chakra (500 chakra = 2 tails, 1000 chakra = 3 tails, 1500 chakra = 4, etc).
Note: Can be used up to 3 times per battle. Should the duration of one use be near its end, using another pill will extend this 3 more turns.
Note: After one usage, the user becomes unable to perform higher than S rank techniques for two turns. After two usages, this time doubles and affects the users S ranks as well. During the third use, the user will suffer 20 damage per turn and be unable to use A ranks and above after it ends for three turns.
Note: Requires Doctor Specialty to have on bio and costs a move per turn to use.

(Chi no kami no dōgu ) - Blood God Tools

Description: This is the basic application of blood usage through Ketsuryūgan where the user will use their chakra to take control of their blood or create from existing blood sources, anything they can imagine on a basic scale. This can be anything from weapons to walls, to spikes, domes, waves, anything inanimate which they can use as projectiles as well. For example, the user could create a kunai of Blood and launch it at their opponent. The larger the object, the higher the rank. For objects larger, than the user, they will need to be A rank. To use the A rank and above versions of technique the user will need to perform 3 hand seals. This can also be used to manipulate and reshape and redirect existing blood costing a move. This cannot be used on the blood within an opponents body. If the opponent were to have drawn blood, then the user can infuse chakra into that to take control of it.

Note: B rank and below blood creations can be made or a single hand seal. A rank can only be used three times per battle and requires two handseals. S rank can be used twice per battle, with two turns in between uses and no Blood jutsu above B rank in following turn and requires 3 handseals.

The user can use the red sand from the tags for other Red Sand techniques but only if enough tags go off for example the remainders of a single tag can support a D rank technique. The remainder of two tags can support a C rank etc. If used alongside basic ninjutsu that summons Explosive Tags like Hidden Explosive Tags Technique, or that uses Explosive tags that technique is considered a Red Sand technique and will release Red Sand upon detonation. These tags can also be used alongside Red Sand techniques by funneling them into the formation of a technique empowering a Red Sand technique allowing it to overcome it's usual weaknesses as when it clashes with another technique the tags will detonate releasing more Red Sand and increasing the strength of that technique enough to overcome it's weakness.
Note: Must post this in the user bios to be able to use them or post them in the start of the battle and cannot be utilized alongside other seals to increase tag damage.

Skarlet seeing how Fu jutsus so far seem to be boosted, Skarlet would take one of her Tailed Beast pills. The pill would cause a red chakra cloak with 4 tails to be formed around her body. She would then perform two hand seals and form a wave of blood that is produced from her own body and sends it to the woman. The wave would also be boosted from the drug effect. Due to her Doctor specialty she would be able to take the pill with no side effects at first.

The tails are capable of being used as a shield deflecting kunai, taijutsu or ninjutsu and are able to manifest into Tailed Beast Chakra Arms. If the user is rendered unconscious, the cloak will disappear. The chakra shroud protects the user from damage and grants him a high reduction of 25 damage from techniques.
Note: Lasts 3 turns each use. For every 500 chakra the user has, the user gains an additional tail starting with 2 at 500 chakra (500 chakra = 2 tails, 1000 chakra = 3 tails, 1500 chakra = 4, etc).
Note: Can be used up to 3 times per battle. Should the duration of one use be near its end, using another pill will extend this 3 more turns.

Description: This is the basic application of blood usage through Ketsuryūgan where the user will use their chakra to take control of their blood or create from existing blood sources, anything they can imagine on a basic scale. This can be anything from weapons to walls, to spikes, domes, waves, anything inanimate which they can use as projectiles as well. For example, the user could create a kunai of Blood and launch it at their opponent. The larger the object, the higher the rank. For objects larger, than the user, they will need to be A rank. To use the A rank and above versions of technique the user will need to perform 3 hand seals. This can also be used to manipulate and reshape and redirect existing blood costing a move. This cannot be used on the blood within an opponents body. If the opponent were to have drawn blood, then the user can infuse chakra into that to take control of it.

Note: B rank and below blood creations can be made or a single hand seal. A rank can only be used three times per battle and requires two handseals. S rank can be used twice per battle, with two turns in between uses and no Blood jutsu above B rank in following turn and requires 3 handseals.

As her opponent would then release a wave of blood towards her, Fuu thought it would be a good time to test out the extent of Skarlet's strength.

Creating a wall of tornadoes in front of her, boosted by her own prowess with wind as well as with some manipulation of the air pressure; Fuu would send the tornadoes towards Skarlet, easily overpowering the blood and continuing onwards towards their target.

This can be done in the same time-frame as the one of the users wind jutsu, though only works on non-streaming, projectile attacks. Alternatively, the user can increase the pressure along the path of an opponents wind jutsu, reducing its damage by 20 points or 1 rank, but no lower than B-rank.

Just as Skarlet effortlessly absorbs Fuu's wind attack, She would let out a demonic roar as a column of Dark-green chakra erupts from her location. As the column of chakra fades away, it would reveal Fuu in her initial transformation; her entire body obscured by the dark-green chakra, traits of Chomei's appearance showing through and Fuu's facial features being replaced by bright-white outlines of her eyes and mouth.

As she finishes her transformation, Skarlet would release a powerful drill of fire and lightning in a straight line towards her location. Reacting before it could enter short-range of her location, Fuu would use the immense power of Chomei to vastly increase her speed (3x boost); allowing her to run in an arc around Skarlet and thus avoiding her attack, finishing short-range directly behind Skarlet.
Try and keep up Skarlet! Fuu would jest, before readying her next attack.

With the flick of the fingers on her left hand, Fuu would unleash a powerful, vertical blade of wind that would rip through Skarlet, head-to-toe; if not properly defended against.

Skarlet would see Fu transformed into a more dark cloak than what her pill gave her. This must be just a small transformation that a tailed beast would be able to transform into. Skarlet would see Fu move at a fast speed to move her behind her. Her blood eyes would be able to keep up as well as her two invisible drones alert her to Fu position. Skarlet would turn around to see Fu release a fast wind blade at her, Skarlet would channel chakra in her body and release it in a burst moving her 5 meters diagonally backward but to the right to avoid the blade. The chakra would result in a "shadow" of herself that would take the hit for her.

Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne

Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

Restrictions
- Can't be use another ability in the same turn as a different one
- Usable 4 times a battle
- Requires a turn cool down after each use.

After avoiding the wind blade and now back into the edge of mid-range, Skarlet would do the snake hand sign turning the ground under Fu to red sand. Skarlet would move her hand up causing the red sand to explode upwards launching Fu into the air but trapping her in a red sand storm. Even with being able to fly, Skarlet would be able to control it and make it move around to hit Fu while also avoiding Skarlet's drones, summons and herself. After this turn Skarlet's cloak would end.

(Nirro Suna: Mekakushi of the Nirro Zetsumei) Red Sand Release: The Masque of the Red Death

The dust surrounds the opponent up to mid range in all directions and adheres to the skin causing 2nd to 3rd degree burns. The dust cloud takes on similar properties to the Hidden Mist Jutsu, the opponent won't be able to see very far (roughly short range) and due to the chakra sharingan will be rendered useless unable to piece through the chakra infused dust cloud.

A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne

Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

Restrictions
- Can't be use another ability in the same turn as a different one
- Usable 4 times a battle
- Requires a turn cool down after each use.

After avoiding the wind blade and now back into the edge of mid-range, Skarlet would do the snake hand sign turning the ground under Fu to red sand. Skarlet would move her hand up causing the red sand to explode upwards launching Fu into the air but trapping her in a red sand storm. Even with being able to fly, Skarlet would be able to control it and make it move around to hit Fu while also avoiding Skarlet's drones, summons and herself. After this turn Skarlet's cloak would end.

She would now simply wait to see how Skarlet would react to this attack, keeping all her senses on high alert for any sign of a counter attack. No, this isn't quite the full extent of our power... though maybe you'll get a chance to see it soon enough!

(Nirro Suna: Mekakushi of the Nirro Zetsumei) Red Sand Release: The Masque of the Red Death

The dust surrounds the opponent up to mid range in all directions and adheres to the skin causing 2nd to 3rd degree burns. The dust cloud takes on similar properties to the Hidden Mist Jutsu, the opponent won't be able to see very far (roughly short range) and due to the chakra sharingan will be rendered useless unable to piece through the chakra infused dust cloud.

The infused technique of course remains the same; having i.e fire still capable of dealing burning damage etc. One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more darker than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.

Negative White Chakra when infused into a technique of the Jinchuriki becomes mixed into the technique; will seek to become enhanced and gain far more power than before. The technique in question will gain an additional rank for A Ranks and below while S Ranks and above will gain +20. This is based on the idea of wanting to empower other techniques the Bijuu has no inherit affinity towards such as the Nibi towards Fire Release and as such cannot be applied to it.One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more lighter than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.

This power from the Biju.... As Skarlet says this she acts fast as her eyes show her the increased chakra into the wind Jutsu. She would channel lightning chakra into her feet causing electricity to form around them. Using it Skarlet would have a boost in speed as she moves to the right at such fast speed that Fu would really quick look like a blur allowing Skarlet to avoid the X blast of wind. As soon as she comes to a stop Skarlet's curse mark would go off covering her body in crescent moons activating her level 1 of it.

Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage, the user gains +15 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.

Description: The user will release their mueton chakra into the ground in order to send an omnidirectional wave of coal across the ground in every direction after doing 3 handseals. This mountainous wave of blackened earth will spread out from his position in a circular motion (360 degrees around him) which will crush anyone and anything in its wake, as well as devastate the terrain on an unimaginable level. The wave of coal will grow in height as it spreads out, leaving the resulting effect as a massive crater in the middle of the battlefield, the center point of the newly formed crater being the user's position. The thing that makes this technique unique from its elemental variants is that the release and outward movement of the rampaging wave will continually scatter and suspend massive amounts of coal dust in the air which will explode into a maelstrom of crimson flames due to the friction generated by the wave moving against the ground. This process of ignition and explosion of the produced coal dust will continually repeat itself as the wave travels outwards in a radial manner, meaning anyone nearby is prone to being caught within the explosion and consequently being set ablaze. The reason this technique poses no threat to the user is that the wave will need to gather enough momentum before generating the necessary frictional force to ignite the clouds of coal dust, meaning the wave will be a considerable distance from its creator before the first outburst is initiated (just beyond the boundary of short-range). All surfaces will be capable of producing a spark due to the friction created but certain terrains (e.g. wet areas, sandy terrains, etc) will result in the ruby-coloured flames being extinguished almost as quickly as they were produced. Since the wave ignites the coal dust the moment its produced, it is unable to harmlessly disperse into the environment and instead enhances the ruination this technique brings to the battlefield. The technique will consume all the coal in the field, self igniting it as it self ignites itself, leaving the field clear of coal but completely scorched.

Pausing for a to process Skarlet's method of dodging, Fuu would watch as dark crescents would begin moving over her skin, something not seen before by Fuu. Taking a moment to process what happened, Fuu would begin to fly along the ground, directly at Skarlet; before seeing her release a wave of what appeared to be darkened earth along the ground in all direction.

Halting in her path as the wave of earth seemed to begin a massive chain of explosions, Fuu would release a large-scale and highly pressurised blast of wind to obliterate the wall and snuff out the explosions, before they could do any harm to her.
As the blast of wind over-powers and the residual blast pushes onwards towards Skarlet's position, Fuu would use an immense burst of speed to reposition herself long-range directly above Skarlet's position.

From this vantage point Fuu would avoid being damaged by the remainder of her own Atsugai, while also being in a good vantage point to release another blast of wind, that would spread out into what looked like a tightly woven-net. This wind net was comprised of compressed and sharpened wind that was aimed to catch and slice through the distracted Skarlet.

Upon releasing this blast of wind, Fuu's human form would be revealed as the dark-green chakra faded from her form. She would begin to fall back towards the ground aimed to land direct on top of Skarlet.

The speed at which one can move is relative to the transformation used. The basic Red Chakra Cloak doubles the users speed while the Incomplete Transformation triples his speed. The movement one can produce can be both intricate or simple, depending on the users intention.
Note: this version can only be used by Bijuus with Chakra Cloak or Incomplete Transformation active. Naruto can use this technique in both his 9 Tails Chakra mode as well as his Bijuu Mode.

Turn 4/4 Initial Transformation
As Fu releases a giant and fast blast of wind, Skarlet eyes would allow her to tell that the Wind Jutsu does not have any added chakra. Skarlet would point her absorption arm in front of her and cause the black sphere it creates to expand to 4 meters tall and wide and it would absorb the wind Jutsu from hitting Skarlet, protecting her.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.

Skarlet's drone would alert her to Fu's location from above as Fu releases a net of wind at her. She would channel lightning chakra into her feet again causing lightning to produce. She would use it to move at fast speeds backward into long-range avoiding the wind net by moving out the height/width of it.

As Fu releases a giant and fast blast of wind, Skarlet eyes would allow her to tell that the Wind Jutsu does not have any added chakra. Skarlet would point her absorption arm in front of her and cause the black sphere it creates to expand to 4 meters tall and wide and it would absorb the wind Jutsu from hitting Skarlet, protecting her.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.

Skarlet's drone would alert her to Fu's location from above as Fu releases a net of wind at her. She would channel lightning chakra into her feet again causing lightning to produce. She would use it to move at fast speeds backward into long-range avoiding the wind net by moving out the height/width of it.

She would then throw it towards Fu direction while she flips backward to get to the edge of mid-range going into long-range. The small cyclone would expand into a giant sand storm of red sand throwing Fu around all in mid-range of her, making it harder to escape while flying. As Fu is caught, Skarlet would string two more hand signs and cause the storm to explode onto itself causing more damage to Fu. Fu would not only experience blunt damage but 3rd-degree burns.

The user performs a single hand seal (Tiger) and the sand storm grows much larger taking on the properties of a large sand storm throwing sand around and whipping the opponent around thrashing him about. The sand storm is enough to throw the opponent back and can cause severe damage to anyone caught inside of it or hit by it the sand is also heated to an immense temperature enough to create third degree burns to the opponent or anyone hit by it. It also creates lacerations along the body due to the grains of sand forming into a spinning vortex with sharpened properties. The sand storm repels any water jutsu that is thrown against it. If an opponent tries to counter using a water jutsu the Red Sand will over power it.
The user can perform two more hand seals after the vortex is created (Ram -> Boar) forcing it to compress upon itself before shooting outward in all directions. This creates an explosion-like effect of Red Sand that travels outward in all directions pelting anything and everything in a Mid Range area with a dense torrent of Red Sand that can burn to the touch and cause significant damage. The force of the sand is enough to send a person away knocking them aback roughly five meters but not dealing relative damage. The damage comes from the Red Sand itself which carries with it the brunt of the attack slashing, burning and tearing at the opponent.

Fuu appeared to have Skarlet on the defensive, but only time would tell if this was true or not. As Skarlet would throw a small cyclone before expanding into a larger storm; Fuu would halt her progress before creating a large wall of five tornadoes that would not only block the red-sand-storm, but also over-power it and continue to press onwards towards Skarlet. The strength of these tornado's would be boosted in strength through the addition of positive chakra from Chomei, as well as by Fuu manipulating the wind pressure between herself and Skarlet.

Fuu would continue to hover in place, though opting to stay mid-range off the ground while she watches for Skarlet's reaction and if she'd survive the devastating power of the tornadoes.

Description: With an understanding of atmospheric pressures effects on the strength of wind, the user is able to drastically lower the air pressure along the path of a wind jutsu to strengthen the force of the wind jutsu. Wind travels from High to Low pressure and is strengthened by a larger difference between the two pressures, using this knowledge the user is able to apply their wind chakra along the path of a wind jutsu, increasing the pressure around themselves and lowering the pressure along the path to their target to either boost the damage of the wind by 20 points or raise the rank of the wind jutsu by one rank up to S-rank. This can be done in the same time-frame as the one of the users wind jutsu, though only works on non-streaming, projectile attacks. Alternatively, the user can increase the pressure along the path of an opponents wind jutsu, reducing its damage by 20 points or 1 rank, but no lower than B-rank.

Description: A unique technique that utilizes the chakra of which a Bijuu is capable of transferring into it's Jinchuriki. This chakra is commonly refered in two different types, negative white chakra and positive black chakra as seen when a Jinchuriki/Bijuu is stabilizing the ratio within a Bijuudama. However this is infusion technique in which allows the Jinchurki to separately infuse one of the mentioned chakra forms above in order to achieve unique effects, while also recreating the ratio balance within i.e elemental ninjutsu.

Positive Black Chakra when infused into a technique of the Jinchuriki becomes mixed into the technique; allowing for the selected technique to have it's nautral weakness removed and instead behave akin to Bijuu Chakra; thus being neutral to all. This process is done by tampering with the ratio of the technique, allowing for the infused jutsu to be created just as normal but with the additional chakra it would play the role of neutralizing the selected technique. The infused technique of course remains the same; having i.e fire still capable of dealing burning damage etc. One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more darker than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.

Negative White Chakra when infused into a technique of the Jinchuriki becomes mixed into the technique; will seek to become enhanced and gain far more power than before. The technique in question will gain an additional rank for A Ranks and below while S Ranks and above will gain +20. This is based on the idea of wanting to empower other techniques the Bijuu has no inherit affinity towards such as the Nibi towards Fire Release and as such cannot be applied to it.One cosmetic change however is the infused techniques tend to appear more lighter than normal, showing that the technique is under the effects of the infusion.

Each infusion can only be used twice per battle; though the technique over all may be used four times. Infusion lasts as long as the applied technique, while this technique goes on a two turn cool while no A Rank and above Bijutsu in the same and next turn.

As starts to create the powerful wind jutsu, Skarlet would string some hand seals and slam her hand on the ground and summon Manda. As he is summon, Skarlet would have him use his tail throw her diagonally backwards to the right sending her into long range from her current spot but right sending her out of range of the tornadoes while Manda takes the hit for her.

Description: Manda is a gigantic, 100 meter long snake who serves as the "leader" of all snakes. Fierce and aggressive, Manda is a shrewd warrior. To summon Manda, the user takes a big gamble, as he can easily turn on its summoner if he so deems it. Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.

As Skarlet lands her curse mark markings on her body would glow red and start connecting turning her skin into a darken tone while also growing two wings from her back. jher red hair would get darken and grow a bit longer as she enters level 2 of her curse mark. With her CM levle activated, Skarlet would do a hand sign and create a giant lightning phoenix in the sky above Fu. She would than do the Tiger sign to cause the phoenix to burst into a barrage of Mini pheonixes to come raining down on Fu with dense force dealing major damage due to the senchakra boost in the phoenixes.
( Ten no Juin: Ni ) - Heaven's Cursed Seal: Level 2

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. This causes all of his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to use this Senjutsu chakra until the pool is gone. While in this state, the user gains +30 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +20 to his Taijutsu. His speed likewise increases, gaining a notable speed increase. Once it deactivates ( regardless of being willed or timing out ), it leaves the user unable to mold chakra above A-Rank or use Taijutsu and related fields above A-Rank for 2 turns. After those 2 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold.
Note: Lasts until chakra runs out or the user deactivates it, whichever is sooner.

Description: Just like Korra's Grand Water Phoenix Jutsu but with lightning the user will focus all their raiton chakra into the sky. When they have enough chakra in the sky they start to create a giant phoenix that is the half the size of Gamabunta made of lightning. When the phoenix is form it will explode into a large barrage of mini phoenixes, the user upon the explosion can perform one of two hand seals, each creating its own uniqueness for the mini-phoenix. When performing the dragon hand seal, these phoenix's will have the innate ability to turn into unfocused electricity and conduct through solid material/liquid substances. This can mean they can easily phase through earth armors and obstacles to have a clear attack against the opponent, a sort of bypass against the material. This leaves the material channeled through relatively undamaged, making it a unique attack tailor made against the opponent. On contact the phoenix can easily paralyze, burn, and completely numb the opponents body. When performing the Tiger hand seal, the mini-phoenix's become slightly more condensed, and instead of conducting through material, on contact, the material will implode along with the static electricity of the phoenix's (the energy would vapor away after the mini-implosion). This makes the terrain a mine-field against the opponent, and the after math of the jutsu can leave countless tiny craters of static implosions. This will also work on liquid material, and substances relatively small (such as dust). Collectively the mini-phoenix's are S-Ranks, but individually they are the equivalent of regular bolts that are comparable to a static electricity, the more contact the opponent has, the larger the damage. The radius covered upon exploding into mini-phoenix's can reach up to mid range at most, but condensed shorter for the users purpose. Realize however, this can also be detrimental to the user if they are caught within the vicinity of the phoenix's fall.
