Not bad ^^ let's proceed.
(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
Pretty basic, weave the required string of hand seals while molding your water chakra within one of your hands and manifest within the palm of your hand a source of water whilst shaping it into a whip which you can then lash towards your target to simply strike them or use the whip to bind your target. This technique is best used in conjunction with a lightning technique, channeling it through the whip to electrify your target whilst they are bound by it.
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
This technique can be useful, though you need the right situation for that. After weaving the required hand seals expel from your mouth a high-viscosity, chakra infused water giving it sticky properties and spit it across the surface of a wide area effectively trapping anyone who would be atop of it without any countermeasures. The technique however can easily be countered if one were to simply channel chakra to the soles of their feet ignoring the sticky substance and simply walk across it.
