Ok... so ninjutsu focuses on weapon-based techniques, summonings, and non-elemental techniques, ranging from stealth, sensing, and all that. I won't make you provide super long explanations and whatnot, but I will do my best to guide you both in whatever way I can. I figure it's to shake things up a bit, too!
Anyway, instead of giving me a wallie about what ninjutsu is, just tell me why you want to learn ninjutsu U_U

Well, Ninjutsu looks overall pretty boring but it does have some jewels that I want like summoning and shadow clones and their variations. The only ninja tool jutsu that interests me is the sharingan windmill jutsu. Nonetheless Ninjutsu is required for my goals which are to become a Sensei and to make use of my fuuinjutsu permission which both require I master the basics. It is a hill I will overcome.

Some tips and tricks before we continue:
- Unlike neutral element clashes, standard ninjutsu needs an extra rank to stop an element of any kind. This is the standard, although like most things in the RP, there is a certain level of discretion needed. So for example, to stop a C-rank element, you'd need a B-rank basic nin tech. However, if the nin tech is within reason, a C-rank should suffice as well.
- Remember that "weapons" include all types of ninja tools. So make sure you know what type of weapons we're talking about, plus their capabilities.
- ... I swear I had more, but I'm drawing blanks right now.

First ever technique, where you mold chakra to form needles in your mouth and spit them at your opponent. I have no idea how a ninja creates needles in their mouth... but eh xd
These are really accurate, and the really thin, small profile of the needles would make it hard to see (something that isn't considered in a fight [and can be exploited]... for example, it's easier to see a kunai flying through the air vs a needle). Thing that sucks is that it only reaches up to short range.
Short range = 0-5 meters
Mid range = 5- 10/15 meters (depends)
Long range = >10+ meters
Here's a good strategy: throw the first shuriken up in the air towards your opponent, and in the shadow cast, use the second one. The first one will come via an arc that your opponent may track, and if they defend from that one, it makes it harder to defend from the hidden one! :snick:
Channel your chakra through the ground and focus it around the animals I've summoned, binding it in place. Visualize imaginary "ropes" that wrap around them. The summon will be unable to move.
This is good for stopping a summon, but they can easily break out using C-rank strength attacks or above. Also, you have to focus in order for it to work. I'd recommend having a clone perform this alongside you U_U

Obito after absorbing all needed information quickly started to perfom technique and gathered chakra, after that he channeled that chakra into his mouth using shape manipulation creating needless into his mouth releasing them and towards dummy hitting him with it
Well for analysis well pretty good technique but pretty usefull if enemy is in long or mid range if this technique is pretty sharp and thin you can trap your enemy and then use this technique to kill him
Second technique
As for second technique, obito got up and started perfoming it as well he started it with picking up some big shurikens, after some time he finished thinking and throwed one shuriken into sky while one towards opponent one that he throwed towards sky travelled in shadow of the first one, it would make hard for opponent to see both of shuriken and avoid them both so when he would defend himself from 1, second one would finish him off :snick:
You said amazing tactic and plan in the battle hard to add something really, i don't know what else trick you will use with this cause the technique itself it very tricky.
Third technique
Obito after some rest started to perfom third technique and gathered as much chakra as he could after that he quickly channeled that chakra into ground beneath summon, releasing it into it aftet that he quickly started to focus and ropes appeared wrapping them around summon trapping them making them unable to move.
As for analysis well pretty great technique when enemy used summon but summons is pretty strong and they can easlly break that ropes by they're strenght so yeah pretty good technique if used against D-rank summons but i doubt something like that is possible
Hidden Needles
Pretty good jutsu if you ask me. It requires no hand seals and there isnt any sign that one is about to use it. This makes it a good technique to use while engaged in taijutsu. The user and target are in very close vicinity which make it easy to land the jutsu to the target's face.
Shadow Shuriken Technique
A somewhat harder jutsu to get out. I myself would use this jutsu as a part of a smoke screen to make it even more well hidden. Perhaps some genjutsu as well. Although we hanve learned it, the shadow clone shuriken jutsu could be combo'd with it. It would create a multitude of Fuma Shuriken as well as hidden ones. Although I think in that case one would have to perform the jutsu twice so a Shadow Clone would be needed.
Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Cool jutsu for summons. Most summons I see are pretty strong but its still good to know. As you said I would have a shadow clone perform it, but I would be simultaneously using a lethal jutsu to kill the summon in order to take advantage of the paralysis.

Wowwwwww look at this wallie for Killing Intent! UGH! Huehue, let me just point out the key facts (a tl;dr you're welcome)
- Killing Intent can have various effects (you can determine this to your advantage in a fight and context, but nothing too OP. You can't kill them with it, obviously). Also rank dependent.
- If your rank difference is <2 between you and your target, you can only perform minor effects, but these minor effects can cause an opponent to miss a technique, break their guard, etc.
- If your rank difference is >2, you can cause huge effects, rendering them nearly unable to move as you move in for the kill.
- Counters: Pain, "mind cleansing" (I have little idea what this entails though ;~; ), or counter with the same Killing intent.
- You need to focus to maintain this; when you release focus, the effects remain for a short amount of time. Strike then!
- Distance and division weaken the effects, regardless of rank differences. Use this wisely!
Ok, did you both get all that? I want you both to tell me up to what rank ninjas YOU personally can cause both minor or major effects. Ask questions if you have any.

Then, we move to a simpler one here. You'll channel chakra to create sakura projections that swirl and cause confusion amongst your opponent. You can strike during their lowered guard; this can blind opponents, but is useless against dojutsu users. Keep that in mind. Sensors are likely less susceptible, but they can still be affected, I believe.
Throw kunais with pouches on them. When the pouches explode, they release explosive tags all around the opponent. You'll throw a bunch of these pouches to rain explosive tags on your opponent. Throw a final one to detonate the tags, causing a chain explosion!

(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Pretty good technique, very simillar to genjutsu this technique can be used to confuse you're enemy and then attack him but it has some disadvantage as well thing is if you have lower rank than you're opponent technique loses it's strenght and power so it really depends on users rank, but the advantage is that this technique can cause illusions about enemy's death wich would confuse him that this is genjutsu but in reality it isn't it's just killing intent wich user is using at him.
Question: What will happen if Grim rank (user) will use this on Grim rank (opponent)
(Ninpou: Gekka Bijin) - Ninja Arts: Beauty Under the Moonlight
Pretty useful technique against weak opponent cause there is no way that strong opponent will not be able to stop this jutsu one easlly can to use some technique for example i would use hiding like a mole to avoid this technique, or you even use nagashi to deastroy petals, Also another disadvantage of this technique is that it's shor-range technique wich is not good sign if you're fighting someone strong cause you can't get to short range with opponent without reaction from him so yeah, i would use this technique to when i would make shure that he is trapped good
(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique
Really this technique doesn't deserves to be D-rank, i mean look at how confusing attack really is it will confuse enemy for shure and plus explode, really great technique unlike those two techniques we learnt above this one actually can kill as it causes massive explosion, as for bad side i don't know well this technique can be avoided by some techniques for example Doton armor, or raikage's lightning armor but i would definitely use gaara's ultimate defense wich would protect me from that in instant

Killer Intent is a cool useful jutsu that I forgot to mention I wanted. Its good for picking on noobs. :snick: But in all seriousness, for me Jonin level shinobi will just feel pressure. This can cause them to hesitate, grasp, or let go of their weapon. Can I choose which effect they experience? Chuunin and below will be frozen in place with thoughts of death running about through their mind.
This is a simple jutsu as stated. I myself would combine it with genjutsu or something. A simple fuuton would blow the petals away so its not all that dangerous. I guess the jutsu can be used to mask the creation of a clone as well. Being short range though this may be hard to get off.

If the jutsu does hit though, it will mean certain death if the target cannot get out of the tags before they explode. I believe this would also be a great combination if the shadow clone shuriken to make a thousand of them.The target will be affected slightly, but nothing close to paralysis or anything. It can be subtly used to make them miss aim, lose focus for a brief moment, etc. A Grim-level fighter would then use that to his/her advantage and strike during that briefest of openings
Now, these next two jutsus are stealth/distraction based. The first one has you forming a handseal to project your voice in a different area. This is similar to how a ventriloquist does it with their puppet, but the range is much greater. If combined with clones, an obscuring technique, etc. you can strike fear into your target.
Here, you will focus chakra throughout your body to move quickly and fluidly, almost devoid of sound and presence. You can still be detected by sensing and whatnot, but if you manage to get within mid-range AND catch them off-guard, you can perform an instant kill.
This is one of those severely underestimated canon techniques. You don't have to use a mist or anything; it just works best IN combination.
I want both of you to think of a couple of canon (or even your own custom) jutsus that you can see using this technique alongside to deliver that killing blow
First technique is very usefull i think ninjutsu is very underestimated basically this technique can distract you're opponent and then you can strike withouth a problem, As you pointed above this technique will be great if you use it with shadow clones but still i think this is pretty much useless against Sharingan, or rinnengan cause they can easy see enemy's chakra wich is pretty usefull in battle as they can see where you are and stop you from tricking him.
Second technique is really usefull as well you can combine it with jutsu above to distract you're opponent, as they will thought that you are in other side of forest for example while you sneak and kill him, also it will be awesome if you'll use this technique with hidden in the mist technique as it blinds the opponent while you can kill him

(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
Good technique for RP usage. One may need to speak with an ally or such. WIth the new RP update shinobi's vision are sometimes impaired outside their village meaning they cant see. If a village travels to another village, they can be greeted with this jutsu and the user can still be hidden. Of course this can be used with mist and smoke to trick the target into thinking you are somewhere you are not.
Hidden Mist Jutsu + Silent Homicide make a good combo with this jutsu but you probably expected that. The infinite darkness genjutsu would work well since the target has to sense things primarily with their sense of hearing.
(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique
This is a great ninjutsu jewel. It goes well with the hidden mist jutsu of course. Because the targets needs to be caught of guard this jutsu would work great in combination with genjutsu.

Plus they have to focus on the incoming punches, kicks, and blades. This is where i silently come in and stab their jugular with a kunai.

Meh jutsu. To be honest even in the RP I can't see this being useful with the time constraints restricting how long it take a person to go from landmark to landmark. I guess a pro would be that for the sake of role playing, it is very ninja-like

Also Meh jutsu. There are other elemental jutsu that can accomplish this. Although I would use this jutsu over those to latch onto things since it requires less chakra.
