I mean current konohomaru vs neji. Everyone don't underestimate konohomaru! He was able to hold his own in taijutsu against one of pain's paths for at least a little bit, and he ultimately tricked the path and defeated it.

He can make shadow clones just like naruto did and he even can use rasengan, which naruto couldn't at that time.

Neji would hit Konohamaru with his 64 strikes. After that it's over for Konohamaru. Naruto was only able to continue fighting because of the Kyuubi. Seeing that Konohamaru doesn't have it, he loses.
