This is a bit of a prediction about what will happen in the future of the manga but its like a story and isnt based on any evidence so I put it here.
Pls feel free to critisise and pls tell me how I could improve it.

Short summary: kisame comes out of samehada and talks with madara. They decide on attacking the Leaf village while the leaf preapare for battle. The attackers are Kisame, Zetsu, Itachi, Kakuzu and Deidara.
As tsunade shouts the village is under attack every anbu and root member, the chunin, the jounin all assemble Tsunade orders everyone to obey Shikamaru's and Shukaku's battle plan as the 2 geniuses explain their plan to the ninja of the village the genin help assist the villagers into safety. While Kakashi wishes to talk with Tsunade privately.
Tsunade: Kakashi what's on your mind?
Kakashi: During the Pain's invasion we were just lucky that Pain decided to revive everyone in the village. No matter how hard we fight there will always be innocent victims.
Tsunade: So what do you suggest we do then?
Kakashi:We can't let them take the fight to us we must take the fight to them.
Tsunade:And just how will we do that?
Kakashi: I will go and attack them try all my powers to stop them I will give my life to stop them and save the villagers.
Tsunade: Kakashi this is the Akutsuki we are talking about even with all your skills u won't be able to stop them!!
Kakashi: I must try!!! Please don't stop me this is my Will of Fire!
Tsunade: It seem I can't change your mind but be carefull will you?
Kakashi: Thank you Hokage-sama.
Kakashi jumps away and goes to attack the Akutsuki on a suicide mission. As the Akutsuki slowly move torwards the leaf village Kakashi reaches their location and hides behind a tree Itachi sees him and secretly warns the others. Kakashi creates lightning in his right hand and instantly bolts of lightning form and attack Zetsu.
Kakashi: Lightning: Triple wolf prison
3 wolfes created by Kakashi's lightning chakra circules around Zetsu making him unable to move. As Kisame comes and slices the thunder with his Sword.
Kakashi: I won't let you come to the Leaf village!!!
Kisame: It's not up to you.
Zetsu/white: Let's kill him right now!
Kisame:Wait! Kakashi of the Sharingan my samehada could use a snack. Zetsu you and the others get going I'll take care of him.
Zetsu and the others continue their path as Kisame looks at Kakashi. Kisame's Samehada unwraps revealing the mouth and scales.
Kisame: Shall we begin?
Kakashi:Raikiri!!!
Kakashi Charges at Kisame with his signature jutsu. Kisame uses his sword to block Kakashi's attack. Kakashi pulls his hand away before its damaged. Kisame charges at Kakashi with his Samehada. Kakashi jumps back as Kisame opens his mouth.
Kisame: Water: Drill bullet
A water bullet shaped like a drill comes out of Kisame's mouth and comes at Kakashi at high-speed. Kakashi slams his hands down to the ground.
Kakashi:Earth: Mud wall
Creating a wall infront of Kakashi blocking Kisame's water jutsu as Kisame sees his water jutsu blocked he jumps up over the mud wall and strikes Kakashi. Kakashi side steps to the left as a clone of Kakashi comes from underground and grabs Kisame's hands. As Kisame can't move his hands the real Kakashi attacks Kisame with Raikiri.
Kakashi: You are dead!!
Kisame: You wish!
With a sneaky smile on Kisame's face Samehada moves itself without Kisame doing anything. The sword bends to the left and attacks Kakashi's hand. Kakashi bearly sees the attack with his sharingan and jumps into the air does a summersault and lands on Kisame's other side. While Kisame kicks Kakashi's clone and poofs it away.
Kakashi: What? The sword can move on its own?
Kisame: Not bad. You used a kagebunshin jutsu while u were behind the mud wall and hid it in the ground I must admit I didnt see it coming you are fast but it wont be enough against me!!
Back where the Akutsuki Group is.
Kakuzu:My body is having a hard time absorbing all these hearts we must rest a while.
Zetsu/black: Keep it quick!!
In Tsunade's office.
Anbu Captain: Every one is in position like you ordered.
Tsunade:Good!! Tell everyone not to move an inch the Akutsuki might come in any moment.
Back In the battle.
Kakashi:Fire: Flames of Hell
Kakashi shouts a giant fire ball from his mouth as Kisame blows it out with water.
Kakashi: Lightning: Giant Dragon
Making a dragon of lightning appear and strike Kisame. Kisame slices the lightning with his sword as Kakashi throws a few smoke bombs.
Kisame:Trying to hide are we?
As Kisame finishes his sentence Kakashi appears from the sky and trys strike Kisame with a lightning infused kunai. Kisame easly blocks the attack with samehada and destroyes the clone. While Kakashi sends 5 shuriken at Kisame. Kisame blocks the shuriken with samehada and spits a water bullet from his mouth at Kakashi who threw the shuriken. That Kakashi turns out to be a clone.
Kisame:So where is the real Kakashi?
Kakashi: Right here!
One of the deflected Shuriken transforms back to Kakashi and strikes Kisame from behind with Raikiri.
Kakashi:Got you!
Kisame: Or did I get you?
Kakashi's hand with Raikiri passes right through Kisame. Kisame uses his hand thats not holding samehada and grabs Kakashi's hand from the other side of his body so Kakashi cant move. With his other hand Kisame hits Kakashi on his shoulder with Samehada.
Kakashi: Ahh!
Kisame lets go of Kakashi's hand and Kakashi jumps back with his shoulder wounded terriblly and he holds his shoulder with his other hand. While Kisames body starts to heal and in seconds he heals completally.
Kakashi: What is going on I was sure I got you?
Kisame:My sword can heal me thats why you cant beat me no matter how hard you try.
Kisame(thinking): Still turning himself into a shuriken and throwing himself with a clone pretty smart I must use my full powers!
Kisame:Water: Big Wave Explosion
Creating a big dome of water like he did against Killer bee. Kisame also fuses with his sword.
Kakashi:What are you?
Kisame: I have fused myself with my sword samehada and now we are under water where I have the adventage.
Kisame attacks Kakashi with his incrediable fast swimming, Kakashi trys to swim away but he gets sliced in the chest just a little bit. Kakashi uses Raikiri in the water making the water electrical but Kisame just absorbs the attack and charges at Kakashi. Kakashi makes a clone who gathers lightning chakra in his hand and they charge at Kisame.
Kisame:Haven't you learned by now I absorb the chakra of your attacks and use the chakra to heal myself all your attacks are pointless!!
Kakashi: Not this one!! Lightning: Rasen-chidori
Kakashi hits Kisame who doesn't expect to get hurt. A giant lightning explosion happens the explosion blasts Kisame and Kakashi away and breaks the dome of water. Kakashi is left lying on the ground 1 shoulder bleeding, chest injured and his other hand shocked and he is in constant pain. He bearly summons Pakkun.
Pakkun:Wow Kakashi What Happened to you???
Kakashi: That doesnt matter now go to Konoha and ask for Guy to come and help.He is the only one fast enough.
Pakkun: Right!!
Pakkun rans of while on the other side Kisame is incredibly damaged and not in fusion with his sword. His sword heals him he starts to move closer to Kakashi and shouts
Kisame: I will kill you as soon as I heal.
A few minutes later Kisame is healed and comes near Kakashi he attacks Kakashi with samehada. Kakashi instantly uses his MS to teleport Kisame's hand and samehada.
Kisame(screams with pain):Ahhh!!! You b***h look at what you did I will kill you!!
Kisame moves a little back and reaches a kunai on the ground takes it and starts attacking Kakashi. While Pakkun finds Guy
Pakkun:Quick Hurry Kakashi is in trouble and he needs your help.
Guy:Why? Whats Up?
Pakkun: No time to Explain just hurry!!
Guy starts running as he yells
Guy:KAKASHI MY GREATEST RIVAL AND MY GREATEST FRIEND I WONT LET YOU DIE!!!
Kakashi is seconds away from dying by Kisame's hand will Guy Make it???

Part 2: Kisame vs Kakashi
