This is a bit of a prediction about what will happen in the future of the manga but its like a story and isnt based on any evidence so I put it here.
Pls feel free to critisise and pls tell me how I could improve it.
Naruto and killer bee is resting after a fierce fight with the nine-tails.Now Naruto has complete control over the Kyubii. He also met his mother and knows a lot more about the Kyubii and his family. Samehada with Kisame in it are far away from the battle field blown away by a blast from the Kyubii. From inside the sword Kisame comes out.
Kisame: Wow that beast has a heck of a chakra Samehada can't wait to have more of it but now I must contact Madara.
Kisame bites his finger and blood comes out of it then he presses his finger on a strange mark on his other hand. Madara senses the jutsu and teleports near Kisame.
Madara: How was your mission?
Kisame: Good I learned a lot about the alliance but I wanted to eat both of the junchuriki right there and then it was truly painfull.
Madara: Will talk more in our base!
Madara teleports himself and Kisame into the Akutsuki hideout.
Zetsu/white: So you are back.
Madara:Now tell me all you know about the alliance.
Kisame, Zetsu and Madara continue talking. Back in the Leaf Village a few buildings are finished but most of Konoha is still in rubble. Tsunade calls a meating to discuss what to do about Konoha's current position. In the meating:
Kakashi: The builders and the villegers are rebuilding the town fast enough we should focus our ninjas on defending the village.
Anbu Captain#1: The anbu is keeping 5-man squads around the forest outside of the village they should be able to stop any danger.
Kakashi: We saw what the Akutsuki is capable of if it weren't for Naruto we would all be dead! All of the avaible shinobi should work to protect the village.
Tsunade:Kakashi is right I wan't every ninja training and preparing for battle. Everyone should be on high alert the village is almost destroyed and Naruto is away with the 8tails we are at our weakest time a attack could come at any moment the Akutsuki are a dangerous bunch we should always be ready for the worst.
Sai: What will happen to root now? With Danzo gone we have no leader but Ill doubt that the root will go under your command just like the anbu.
Tsunade:Then you should be the root leader you are a good agent of Danzo and the root trusts you but you will get your orders from me without the root knowing.
Sai: Understood!
Tsunade: Shikamaru and Shikaku I want both of you to desing a defensive plan for the village in case we are attacked.
Shikamaru: It's a drag but what choise do I have.
Tsunade: Good now tell everyone to prepare for a attack on the village!
Anbu Captains#1,#2, #3: Yes Mam!
Back at the Akutsuki Hideout:
Madara: So I see the 9 and 8 tails are away. The leaf village is in rubble. This is a perfecty time to strike.
Zetsu/black:What will Sasuke say his eyes arent healed yet and he will want to attack konoha too.
Madara: Thats why we will attack now. We will crush the leaf before sasuke can so Sasuke will have nothing to do and he will do as I say.
Kisame: Me and Zetsu cant defeat the Leaf village alone, and you will need to stay here to protect Sasuke.
Zetsu/white:Ohh you dont know one of orochimaru's servents decided to help us.
Zetsu/black He can use a reserection jutsu so we have the help of a few old members as well
Kisame:Thats good but how do we know we can trust this guy?
Madara:I keep a constant watch over him if he does something...
Kisame: You will kill him right?
Madara:Yes. Now you Zetsu, Deidara, Itachi and Kakuzu will attack the leaf and kill everyone there also bring Kakashi's MS to me.
Zetsu/white: This will be a piece of cake.
Zetsu/black: Dont underestimate the leaf you idiot.
Kisame: Well we will be on our way now!
Kisame, Zetsu, Itachi, Deidara and Kakuzu start to go to the leaf village. AS they enter the forest around konoha an Anbu Team sees them.
Anbu Captain:Stop I hear something.Scan the area!
Anbu Member #1:Byakugan!! I see 5 people coming 1 of them is Kisame a Member of The 7 swordsman of the mist the one that attacked the leaf 3 years ago. The other is a plant-like Creature and 1 of them is...This can't be he looks like Itachi Uchiha. But it can't be he was killed by his brother.
Anbu Captain: You go report this to....Ahh!...
Kakuza's hand with threads comes and grabs the captain by his neck then kakuzu slams the captain into a tree.
ANbu Member #2: Captain!! Wind: Twin bullets.
2 wind bullets race at kakuzu and Zetsu.
Itachi: Fire:Giant Fire ball jutsu!
The fire absorbs the ANbu Member #2's wind and comes to burn him as the ANbu Member #2 bearly escapes the other 2 anbu members come into Formation as the 1st anbu member start to run back to the leaf village. The anbu members throw many shuriken at all of the akutsuki members but Kisame blocks them all with his sword as Itachi traps the Anbu CAptain in a genjutsu.
ANbu Captain: No!!!!!!!!! AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Anbu Member #3: Captain are you alright? Lightning: Thunder ball
Before the anbu member uses his lightning ball Deidara blasts him with a clay Wolf. Kisame stabs a Anbu member in his lungs.
Zetsu/white: Wine Destruction
As the last remaining anbu member tries to attack Kakuzu Wines come out of Zetsus hands and grab The anbu member then Spikes grow out of the wines and kill the anbu member. Itachi stabs the Anbu captain as he is in genjutsu while the ANbu Member #1 Manages to get away.
Zetsu/white: Will let him warn the leaf it wont change a thing!
Kakuzu uses his Dark threads tecnique to get the hearts of the dead anbu members. As the Last anbu member comes into the hokages office and explains whats going on.
Tsunade: EVERYONE GET READY FOR BATTLE THE LEAFS UNDER ATTACK!!!
