I know I may get flame for this but I really think Konohamaru can defeat Sakura.

He was taught by Hiruzen and his pervy master

He know how to do Many S - Rank jutsu with include Rasengan, Shadow clone jutsu, and Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique alsd Asuma Burning Ash technique

He also know how to control his nature transformation which is Fire

And finally he defeated a Pain

I think Sakura would put up a fight but in the end she would lose to Konohamaru lol.

Sakura wins this, konohamaru's rasengan is weak it only knocked pain back. Sakura can easily heal herself from it or poison him or else kill him in one hit. Konohamaru's filler rasengan means nothing at all seeing how it wasn't kishi that made it but the anime producers.
