Well, if it was Neji, it will be easy fight for him, and regarding Hanabi, I don't know about her, only she was stronger than Hinata in pre-shippuden chapters.

t's known that she is the next Huuga Clan leader because her dad chose her above Hinata because she is a better fighter, and byakugan. Not to mention the only reason Naruto beat Neji, is because his great Chakra reserves (Multiple shawdow clones) which Konohamaru does not have.
