Well, yeah, he's strong, but not as naruto was. Konohamaru was training by hight skilled shinobis(when he was very young). He learned rasengan very fast, but still, he isn't stronger than naruto.(konohamaru can learn a jutsus very fast, beciuse of his clan isn't it?) Still, it does not make him better than naruto or sasuke.
