I really doubt it that Konohamaru is faster than Sasuke - and Sasuke would win even in a physical fight.
Talking about his eye jutsu: how long do you think it would take before Konohamaru would be under the Sharingan's influence? And besides what would he do with those eyes? And he won't be able to catch Sasuke off guard -_- Sorry, but that just won't happen.
