*sticks to my statement*

I'm seriously beginning to doubt how much "work" it takes to run an rp outside of checking cjs, doing judgements and debating what to do about the rp. Have you guys ever ran a site before? Ran an organization? It's seriously not that hard bro. While I'm not saying that you don't do ANY work on this site I'm saying the amount of work people as goes on behind the scenes of this site is greatly exaggerated
I think sometimes you Guys need to take a step back and take a look at how serious you take nb. It's it's just too much at times lol. I seriously saw someone say that they'd rather win the grpt then pass their exams. I was like are you serious? What are you guys gonna do in a year when naruto is over and all that power you've spent years of your life gaining is gone? Like that statement was so ridiculous. I've been guilty of being too far into this site as well but never THAT much. Anyway if you've ever been a leader of a large group of people/ ran a large system/ been head of something large I'm sure you'll find being a mod on nb easy. There are maybe 150? Probably less people on this site that rp minus the admins who work for the other people. The reason I say that Vincent is a horrible rp mod is that he's TOO involved in daily matters of the rp while acting like a complete ass hole. He claimed he was too busy to do anything before he was a mod and a head sensei and whatever else he was and he was holding down a tough job. Now he's a mod with a ****load more responsibilities and I'm sure he didn't turn any of them down. Where was the time gained to get all these new responsibilities? But I digress, this is simply a rant of now with nothing to do with my original point that he is simply bad for the site. I'd go out on a limb and say that I could easily handle the duties of a mod though and most likely most of you that see this. I guarantee you helping to run a section of a site isn't that hard

everything on NB. It takes
time to run it and check it. You're one of those guys who keeps asking the mechanic; 'how hard is it to repair a car when all you have to do is check the engine?' Jesus Christ.
Running a site is not, per se, 'hard' work, but it is, as mentioned, extremely time-consuming.
@ Second Bold - I think you need to get the **** out. Really. You keep waltzing into my library and asking me why I don't do sports like you do. Did it ever occur to you that I have no interest whatsoever in your sports? Did it ever occur to you that listening to your constant moaning grinds my nerves to the brink of collapse? If you don't like my books; don't intrude on my reading-time. It's that simple.
And sure, if you have experience with organizing big events; being a Mod might be easy. What bothers me is the way you dismiss it with a snort and a smart remark. You generalize the whole site and its maintenance-crew. You
mock people who spend a lot of time here.
Vincent, if we
have to turn it personal, is a doctor. He's taken the years and done the work; he didn't like it and now he's on another track. I am sick and tired of listening to your obnoxious comments. Nobody's holding you back from going through the sections and reporting all rule-brakers. Nobody's holding you back form enforcing NB's rules. Nobody's holding you back from suggesting new rules or making new rules.
Nobody's stopping
you from helping, so don't talk **** about those who actually
do.
