I don't like tournys however I think most of the other villages have tournys like Kumo and Suna, maybe the others also, but these are the villages I am sure have on going tournys

How could they be on hold and Kumo's one has just started, I think it has started in june.

Well cali put prize tournaments on hold and I haven't seen anything about them being allowed yet. I think that's what were waiting for, that and cobalt has exams and shizz.
