is it possible for a samurai bio to use: Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Samurai Techs, CFS (not nin-gen related), Sealing Techniques?? (they can mold chakra but they cant form hand seals)... oh and what about like powers such as Curse Mark, EIG and stuff....

No they can't use sealing tech. Only cfs that say samurai can use it. No on Cm and eig

Because that's all considered Ninjutsu and samurais can't use Ninjutsu.

Curse mark, is a mark given to the user which increase his abilities, I don't think this is a ninjutsu either. Same goes to the Fuuinjutsu, Fuuin is nothing but seals. However the only difference that they wouldn't use any seal that requires any elemental chakra.
