He can't use the slicing water(an offensive jutsu) to counter my fire right and his bow is on the back and my oil spitting is fast as shown in anime which will hit him by the time he reaches for the bow, draw the string back and fire it..?
either way its only a fun spar and I'm only asking this to learn whether the usage is right or wrong.
I know how to counter incoming jutsus and note that I'm not asking for help to counter him. xD
