First, I'd like to apologize for the wait. I've been trying to get back into the habit of replying after the move. Only replied to a handful of trainings in the last few months... So, for that, I apologize. Anyway, training!!
Honestly... I can see the benefits of spitting needles at the intended target in an attempt to kill them, either by attacking vital areas, like the neck, or physically wounding them by say targeting their shoulder to cause extreme discomfort and the possibility of rendering that arm/ limb completely useless. But I can't say I can see why this is a Ninjutsu... The needles aren't made of chakra. They aren't really special in any way. What I'm basically saying is I like the Jutsu, but it doesn't really make sense. The human body can't naturally make needles, so it's a bit... Far fetched, even in a show about people who can breathe fire and stuff... You can't say that needles can be stored in the user's throat, one simple attack on the throat and those needles would pierce the throat... I guess I should stop and just perform the jutsu... :/

I start by gathering chakra in my throat, this (somehow, don't ask me how xD) produces a needle in my throat, which I call forth into my mouth, ready to be spat at any target I choose. By infusing the needle with chakra it can be shot out of the mouth at a highly accelerated pace than if spat out normally. I look at your clone and concentrate my chakra, preparing the needles. I think of a few places to attack... The neck. Haku was able to put Zabuza into a controlled state of death with just a few needles, and while Haku was taught to do that, any shinobi can at the very least kill someone if they stab their neck, since internally bleeding in the neck can cause the target to more or less drown because of their own blood. Joints. By attacking the shoulder, elbow, knee or ankle, you can severely reduce the targets mobility and ability to react to your attacks. And if you attack the targets vital areas, like the heart or any part of the chest, you can cause some nasty internal bleeding. I spit the needle at the aforementioned areas, each one penetrating the area's near them because the jutsu can be inaccurate, and therefore, ineffective at medium to long ranges. As the needles sink into your clone, it dissipates, leaving the needles suspended in mid air, before the drop harmlessly to the ground.
That's it for the description of me performing the tech... Now onto it's uses and advantages/ disadvantages.
As I said before, the technique is deadly if you target the correct area's, but it is more or less useless unless you are in short range, that does however make it a good sneak attack when engaged in Taijutsu or Kenjutsu battles. While you block the enemy you can spit the needles at their eyes to make them blind. The technique only uses basic needles, so they can be pushed away with Wind, or blocked with Earth. Melted with Fire or slowed to a halt with Water. They can also be blocked with other tools, but larger ones will just push them aside. It can also be used to simply distract the target, spitting them while you weave signs or prepare yourself for other actions, since the jutsu doesn't require seals.
Hope the reply was woth the wait, I should be replying normally from now on. If you need more detail from me, just say. ;D
