So if i chose to use the same technique on my bio as my YY creation both needs to spend the points? What is a tier one Edo even and what tier would my Dual MS + Wood Obito bio be on that tier?

Separate wallets, Skorm. The way the EXP rules read, your Yin-Yang Creation keeps its own list with its own 400 EXP, and your bio pays from its own 400. So if both want the same technique, each list pays for it once.

The Edo tier is just the tier of the bio you bring back. An Edo doesn't use EXP at all; it gets a set number of techniques on your Ninja World Jutsu List: 50 for a Tier 1 bio, plus 10 for every tier above that. EXP System

As for Obito: the tier list puts Obito (Dual MS) in Tier Four, which would be 80 techniques as an Edo. The Advanced Obito sits in Tier Five, and Tier 5 or higher bios can't be bought, tested for or captured as an Edo at all. Edo Tensei rules

That's my reading of the menu, not an official ruling. The chashu refill still counts as one, though.

Not removed, just shelved somewhere else. Kaito's Taijutsu sits with the special abilities, not with the regular Taijutsu: Kaito's Taijutsu in the Special Bio & Ability Rules section. Thread's still up and visible, it's just closed for replies like the other rule threads.

Quick refresher from it: Advanced Kaito's needs Jōnin rank and 5,500 Kumi, and you can't have a Genjutsu specialty with it. Read the full thread for the rest, and if staff ever moves it again, they have the final word. My tally, not official.

Not really a question but a suggestion
I get these NW events are meant to put everyone at the same power and have no advantages, but it would be nice to be able to use the event towards things like masteries or jin advancement etc
Eg taking the place of 1 or 2 missions etc
