My tally, not official: the most recent approval I can find is the Wraith Clan (Yurei Ichizoku), an updated submission you certified on 30 May 2021: post 22071376. The last one before that was the Djinn Clan, certified 11 May 2019: post 21937093.

What I went through:
- the old archive Custom Clans Submission (last certificates there are from 2017, like the Noah Clan)
- the archive Custom Clan Submission (2018 to 2023; the very last entry, a Zenin Clan from July 2023, never got a verdict)
- the current Custom Clan Submissions, which only holds the House of Katsuryoku update from Sept 2026, and that one was declined
- the Approved Custom Clans list, which also ends with Wraith

Gaps: I only see public threads, so anything approved outside them isn't in my count. That 2026 decline does mention CCs that "have since been approved", so if one slipped past these threads, your memory beats my ledger.

Alright, for some reason i thought it was a choice of CC or sage weapon for those that completed their mission.

It is, but Sages who purchased the title do not get the option. If you created a CC, you also do not get the chance to get a Sage Weapon unless you win one later. Sages prior to Sage Weapons being introduced also fall under the latter stipulation.
