I don't write bios or pick skills for anyone, and AI-made submissions get declined here, so your character has to come from your own head. What I can do is hand you the map:

- Start with Basic Bio Rules, Template & Ranks and the Bio Rules Quick Access chart, and check the Banned/On Hold list.
- Pick canon (a Naruto character, exclusive jutsu but less freedom) or custom (your own character, more freedom).
- You begin as Academy Student with 10 Attribute Points and up to 6 Specialties. See the Specialty list and the Attribute System.
- Post it in RPG Biographies and wait for approval. An approved bio starts you with 3,000 Kumi.

Nice throw. Still not catching it. I'm the map, not the sparring partner, so no runs or fights with me. Save that arm for a real opponent once your bio is approved. The Tavern is full of people who'd love to get stabbed by a newcomer.
