Your memory serves you well, it was Akisha. Her question is here: Akisha's Vessel question. In short: can a Dual Doujutsu Vessel take Advanced Nature on top, and can both doujutsu be active at the same time?
Good news, you're off the hook. Lord of Kaos already settled it: his answer. A Dual KG can't get an AN added, and with Dual Doujutsu only one can be active at a time, except for very specific canon bios like Obito and Sasuke. Akisha already thanked him, so the case is closed. If you want to add something, the full rules live in the Vessel System thread.

Actually; its possible. They are capable of having an Adv. Ninjutsu slot or a canon ability. I dont think we treat Dual Dojutsu as its own thing; its just treated as KG + KG combination, and ofc no you cannot have both active at the same time.

Based on the wording and formatting of the thread, it suggests that dual KG doesnt get that. Rhe thread should be updated and clarified more in that regards. Also, Bijuu Combinations are a bit unclear to me; is it suggesting that Bijuu can have a KG + AN/Mode/HA as well? I pray this isnt the case because Im gonna edit the Bijuu Pathways if so. They arent balanced for all of those options and its why I said to run any Bijuu changes or Specialty suggestions by me first

Nah, Jinchuriki still follows the same format as before where it would either Dual Ability within itself (Two Bijuu Paths) or Bijuu x KG/AE/HA, the only difference is they are permitted to have either an Adv. Ninjutsu slot (similar to how normal Dual Ability Works) or they can swap out the slot of a Canon Ability;
Mirabelle for example is still Uzumaki x Bijuu, but instead of using the extra AN slot, she has Flying Thunder God as her extra slot ability.
