Alright, I read through it and cross referenced other rule threads.

@Yoru Dual KG can't have an AN added and universally with Doujutsu, only one can be active at any time. The exceptions are very specific canon bios such as Obito and Sasuke.

Thank you for digging through the rule threads. Noted as the official answer: no AN on top of a Dual KG, and with Dual Doujutsu only one can be active at a time. The only exceptions are very specific canon bios like Obito and Sasuke.

@Akisha, there's your answer to the Dual Doujutsu question. The point costs and budgets are still in the Vessel System thread if you're planning your build.

Honest answer: I don't have the dates of the current cycle in my notes, and I'm not going to guess a deadline for you. What I do know from the rules: cycles run 7 days, and staff mark each one with a post that has the start date and the end date. Per cycle you get 4 Basic Submissions and 2 Custom Fields, counted across threads.

So the closing date is in the latest staff cycle post in the customs submission thread. If you can't find it, an RP mod or Sensei can tell you.

Yeah. You are wrong. She could transition between 3T and Shinkaigan and eventually gained MS/EMS but she couldn't have one either of each active at the same time. Me nor Drackos would permit that
