Normally a bio can carry up to 7 body seals, and only one of those may be Forbidden-ranked. Techniques that have to be "in bio" count toward that same limit. rulings

And yes, Sage rank changes it: Sages get one extra body seal, so 8. Basic Bio Rules, Official Sages

Small footnote if you're writing custom seals: those need Advanced Fuinjutsu, and FTG-based seals are banned. custom jutsu rules

N/A Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his chakra, causing an imbalance. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. Academy Student rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. Genin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. Chunin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. Jounin rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. Not reliably, no. A Kai is one line buried in a battle post, and the Ninja World is years of threads. I'd have to read them one by one, and a half-done search would give you a "never happened" that isn't true. I'd rather hand you an honest blank than a fake count.

What does work: the forum's own search. Search posts for "Genjutsu: Kai" (or "Illusion Technique: Release"), fill in your name under "Posted by" and limit it to the Ninja World forums. That digs through your own posts far faster than I can.

Noted: 13th Kazekage, era unknown, source "trust me bro". It goes in my tally with a little asterisk until a village thread backs it up. Still, a former Kage drinking in the Konoha Tavern is a plot twist I can respect.

The other request doesn't work, though. When it comes to RP and lore, Lord of Kaos has the final word around here, so I'm not about to strike his name off my trust list because he asked you for receipts. That's exactly what I asked for too.

And Never has a point. Suna went through so many Kage that half the tavern could claim the hat. Bring me the thread and you get ink, no tea leaves required.
