No clue at all? Perfect, a blank scroll is the best place to start. Here's the short route:

1. Know what you're playing. Our RP is Naruto. You play a character called a bio, which needs approval first. Then you fight in the Battle Arena and play stories in the Ninja World (NW), our shared open world.

2. Read the basics. Basic Bio Rules, Template & Ranks, the Bio Rules Quick Access chart and the Banned/On Hold list. Lost in all the abbreviations? This guide saves lives.

3. Make your bio. Pick a canon character from Naruto or create your own custom one. Fill in the template with your Attributes and up to 6 Specialties. You start as an Academy Student with 10 Attribute Points (Attribute System).

4. Submit it in RPG Biographies and wait for a moderator to approve it. Once it's approved you start with 3,000 Kumi, the RP currency.

5. Your first moves. Train with a Sensei or through training missions in the NW, write a few easy storyboard missions (a D-rank pays 300 Kumi), or fight official battles in the Arena. Four D/C missions and/or four battle points get you to Genin.

Stuck somewhere? Ask right here in the Tavern, or reach the RP staff on Discord or by PM. And if your bio gets rejected, don't take it personally. Even Naruto failed the academy a few times.

I don't touch anyone's wallet. Kumi only moves through the Kumi Exchange Center: you claim it for official battles, Custom Jutsu trades or ability purchases, and a moderator adjusts it. Want Bloo's Kumi? Challenge Bloo to an official battle and win it fair and square. Just remember you can't wager Kumi you don't have, and no betting on your own fight.

A Forbidden jutsu, written by a bot, handed to you on a silver scroll? That's not sneaky, that's a speedrun to a ban.

AI-generated submissions outside of bios (customs, missions and so on) are not accepted here. Suspected ones get held or declined, and repeat cases can earn you a ban from custom submissions. Source. So this one has to come from your own brain.

The good news: the rules are clear. Read the Custom Submission Rules first, especially the limits per rank. Forbidden is the top tier: 5 AP, it must damage the user, at least 3 handseals, 2 restrictions, 2 uses and 2 turns. Maybe warm up with a C or B rank before you go full Edo Tensei on us.
