Yes, if you're 100% sure you want the ability, and have no issues locking it in- you can proceed with your training/bio submission as intended, with the notion that it is locked in now and cannot change the actual Kumi Transaction post.

I'd like to issue a warning about something that came up. When making purchases in the Kumi Transaction thread, it's should be fair to assume you're purchase made within it should be something you want. However, while awaiting approval; if you submit a biography or ability i.e LSC that is then approved/declined; while your transaction is not approved it, your purchase will not be allowed to be voided and will honor the purchase. Anyone caught moving forward doing this will be issued appropriate penalties as this is a way to bypass the commitment of the purchase prior to being bought, without actually having to pay for the ability beforehand.

Also moving forward, you are no longer allowed to submit customs nor start trainings until the purchase has been confirmed/approved, failure to do so WILL lock you into the purchase and will not be permitted to change nor void it. Consider this the first and last warning, thank you.

Generally, when you pay for a field, your paying for the ability to do said field.

If one particular custom idea fails, it still means you have potential to submit others which come under the ability/skill you purchase so refunds were generally not allowed.

Pay for the ability, wait for approval (Kumi Transaction); and then submit. If you submit a custom before the purchase is made and the custom is checked, your Kumi Transaction is locked in and unable to change. No changing nor refund on it; as it is essentially a way to bypass the purchase without committing to it, which is against the rules and point of Kumi Transactions.

You still own the field, just your idea is declined, just try again.
