1. Kakashi and Obito do they require their MS bio before hand to get dual MS? Rules doesn’t state it but I rather ask.

2. Dual MS Obito doesn’t have a price just talks about the test so each bio that doesn’t have a price has to do a test instead, correct? Or has all test been thrown out?

1. Kakashi you spend kumi for ms then pay an additinal amount to make him dual ms i beleive.
2. I assume duel ms obito will be the same

3. As far as i know, boruto era characters cant be made, not as of yet

4. This is assumptions i am curious too xD and will wait for a mod

Hope everything’s okay, while not an attempted break-in we had a person from social help trying to enter our home by mixing up the apartments. They tried entering without knocking like 5am, it was a very chilly experience but fortunately it was just a misunderstanding..
