Report those techniques if needs be, but its as much down to the users to be making sure their techniques abide by the submissions rules as it is for the checkers to enforce it.

I know CW are an anomaly in general to the submission rules though

Ah I see, ye I understand what you mean. im sure the guys will take care of it as soon as they have the time, I know waiting isn't fun, but ye in the meantime you can do as Zat suggested, you can drop your missions quickly then once your bios approved or adjust them if your mind changes.
