Anyone got suggestions on good spots to spawn in with my new character? I'm thinking of starting by building a set of missions somewhere like South-West Kinai Island but I'm not quite sure yet. I have vague ideas of a short story-line that could be fun and cute. Thoughts?

Honestly you can spawn pretty much anywhere. Have a look through the landmarks and see what you like and what might match the beginning of your missions.

Small village with potential for being taken advantage of, either by outsiders, rich merchants, or mafia-like underworld types.

If its just a no name village you can just pick somewhere with inhabitants. Theres a lot of freedom in RP'ing in the NW. But this has potential.

You could always conquer the temple with the monks in on Okuninushi's peak in the lightning mountains as well xD Its up a mountain which could be fun
