im hoping AP becomes more freely available to get, as well as breakers. currently its like, getting all the abilities or people with full builds like AJ and that have nothing to really aim for

In the RP, we separate Otsu into two types. The Moon Otsu and the Celestial Otsu. The moon ones get Tenseigan while all the Celestial ones were Canon bios

Not to the story, no but as far as overall, yeah. We still operate in the universe they essentially created. It's still Naruto at the end of the day. So Kaguya is still technically a god as is her son as well as Asura and Indra theoretically being demi-gods. They're just not relevant to the current plot just like how Boruto shifted relevancy from the past villains and gods to the new ones but it still operates in the same universe and it doesn't make the foundation of it all or the past any less relevant.

I was curious. Its going to be a while before I stack 40k to buy the rinnegan, but I didnt really know how I was going to write that into my characters story. I dont want to go down the whole indra incarnation, touched by Hagoromo path, but I kinda technically have to since that canonically how the Sharingan evolves into the rinnegan. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

Oh yeah man that's absolutely acceptable. None of the canon story of Naruto that we use in the RP story has changed. I will be doing the same eventually to explain my eyes. You're good.

You can submit CEJ as co-creator in the absence of the owner, yes.
