Void infused artifacts. They're the artifacts that allow you to roll for infusions that you can then spend (with spenders) to do various things such as boost an attack or use some unique ability and whatnot

There some lower difficulty ones. In the last set we had a Hiruko rift that was pretty manageable by most

Aj is right, Hiruko has a huge glaring weakness that is great for an intro into rifts.

I know rifts as a whole are being worked on atm ready for the next update iirc.
