Also, is there a list of NPCs active? I know Robin's NPC is active, but not sure how busy LoK would be to reply as Lord Commander faction?

In the next few days we should have a nice little catch-up arc to smooth things out again. It'll likely have some unique stipulations on missions and the overall story, and will include the three active NW Factions (Solanaceae, OoTGA, and The Freehold).

As for active NPCs, you can definitely hit up Mara, the leader of the Golden Amputation. The Freehold captain should be 'waking up' soon so you can interact with him too. Same with Aureliana and Solanaceae. Just go knock on their doors and leave a note or something, they'll come around.

Question about the whole, yin/yang full power rule and specialization.

For things such as CE/CFS etc that are part yin or yang then part another thing, do you have to specialize in the CE/CFS itself to get the full power boost? or is just specializing in Yin or Yang enough?
