Lmao. Well, it's the custom potential that would make me prefer it. Ability wise, you gain access to the Six Paths Techniques ( which are the different Path abilities that Pein/Nagato had access to) + 1 unique ability that is your own skill completely. It has more range than anything in terms of abilities and can essentially be anything within reason/realms of the RP. Look at how much Limbo and Amenotejikara differs. Boruto era wise, you can include Momoshiki and Urashiki abilities as well and you'll see how much all of them vary. Sharingan has tighter parameters in terms of what your eyes can do and how much it can effect

The hard part would be finding the right ability and balancing it. You get one technique that can be almost anything but what do you make that's logical and not just an attempt at broken S/T or untrackable/undetectable/undefendable entities?

Also, ik customs haven't been submitted in a while but keep in mind all the new updates and guidelines. For example, Y/Y based customs will have base damage unless you specialize in the field thet are for, including CE

Well, it’s a chakra vs chakra ability so it’s not too bad. Gotta look at the standard chakra/damage values for Unspecialized Yin techs. Should be what? 50 chakra and/or 100 damage?

Standard, meaning if you don't spec in Yin Release, your following the usual 40/30/20 etc scheme~

It remains that way for whichever of the two you specialize in, meaning for example- my CFS. I have a Yin and Yang CFS, but Mirabelle specializes in Yin Release so all of her Yin Release CFS, CE etc keep the high damage and chakra values. Her Yang CFS doe are regulated in battle to following base damage scheme since she doesn't specialize in Yang Release.

Yea I get that. I just didn’t expect the values for the unspecialized path to drop to the level of the base 5.
