Hyuuga Tenseigan as you call it is actually called Tendogan. Hyuuga don't get a [Tenseigan]

Tenseigan is exclusive to Otsutsuki

For the sake of the RP the distinctions can be important but essentially the eye just manifests differently in each clan

Tendogan is the version Hyuuga get. - Tendogan basically increases gentle fist techniques and sees into dimensions

Tenseigan is the version Otsutsuki get. - Tenseigan allows you to use more Otsutsuki techs and gives you Tenseigan chakra mode.

Both evolve from Byakugan.
