I have a few questions:

1. Can semi-sentient weapons be created under Custom Tools? According to what I read only 1 CW is allowed per bio? (No idea around this) alongside some other custom tools.
2. From a Academy Student standpoint, what landmarks would be relatively safe to start my journey on? Or does that not really matter? However, I can't quite spawn on land claimed by some WSE clans, I think?
3. Is is worth adopting Sharingan into my (only) bio early on since I am planning for a Rinngan (+ more) game for the long haul? Or will the KG be a hinderance to try other stronger combinations early on?

2. It doesnt matter, you can start in any landmark that isnt claimed by a clan. So this means any marketplace or any non claimed landmark.
3. You can get what ever you want, it really depends on what you want to do or go for. If you want Rinnegan, you have 3/4 options, which are:

If youre going for rinnegan the only way having sharingan will help if youre going for the obito/madara/sasuke route.
Nagato and Hagoromo dont require sharingan prior.
Edit: although I will say those pages are a bit outdated because now to get any of them first you need to pass a skills test.

eg so to get madara you'd need to pass a skills test, and an EMS madara test or mission then pass an advanced madara battle test

Reading up about it, I see what you mean. Instead of that, I think something like "the needle" (from ToG) is closer to what I want to create. It's not sentient but allows the user to draw great power form it at a cost. Although, I must say making it usable and giving it valid techniques seems to be difficult. For now, I think ranking up to Jonin should be my focus.

Ah, alright. Thank you very much. I don't really think I want to skin a canon bio (atleast for now).

Solo rping will only get you so far man. I do it from time to time myself for certain stories but I'd def recommend rping with others as well.

That would be lovely but I don't necessarily have a clan so I'm looking forward to meeting people naturally in RP. I was only active here back in 2014 at general discussions so I don't really know the rp folks personally though I recognize a lot of names.

I know Skorm has accepted Mergo recently as well so I know the clan is active but I also wanna RP and meet with a lot of people before settling.
