I feel like this era of the rp is good because it's not about being the strongest or about getting OP. Don't get me wrong people want to be strong.
But its not about abuse of mechanics or trying to make ridiculous abilities and things. At least for me it's more about just building my character even if they aren't the strongest.

Yeah. Atp I just want a character to develop story and friendship/rivalries with. Trying to focus those things with Peni. Only want power to compete with said speculated rivalries, which, I have more than enough power in my arsenal so its really just about the story at this point. I also don't care about winning as much as I used to as I realize that winning is pointless for me as is battling just to battle. I feel like when I develop story with my character and battle and develop more story through that, that is much more worth it and entertaining, even if I lose.

I finally managed to get all 3 permissions for EIG after a few years and then the test was never given to me, and then was told a while later that due to the revamp the permissions are no longer valid

I started RPing in 2014 and everything was saturated as f*ck xD

EIG was always impossible to get until the kumi system dropped. Also freakin bone thingy was also hella difficult to get i seem to recall.

but like others said, my focus is mainly character building and building towards a theme. If I get strong in the process then great.

I think during the height of your edginess I had quit RPing from the sheer amount of bullshittery and favouritism around the site xD

It was... Shikotsumyaku is one thing I wanted since the dawn of time... But not only did you need permission, you needed to pass a tai test. And at the time, even if I got permission, I was not passing that test...

I noticed, funnily enough, that I waited so long to get these things and when I finally got them, I wasn't even excited anymore. I mean, I waited 10 years in a text based game to get a mid ability... Yay?..

So I'm glad we have open access to more things now because a lot of things I wanted before I noticed I don't even want now. Not because they are weak but because I've completely lost interest in them...

I mean since people are doing their own thing, suggestion is to make fun interactions, not necessarily fighting.

True... like i am looking at abilities in there and im like i dont want like 95% of it. and the things i want is either weak or extremely saturated. There was a concept i liked but the ability itself is limited and hella weak. so i abandoned the idea.

I feel this.

I wanted nothing more than EIG, or Shikotsumyaku, or even Sand. and now, they are all avalialble to me and I have just gone past the point of interest in those particular fields to battle with. I still like them but have no desire to really build on them as a fighting style anymore., apart from Shikotsumyaku which is part of my current build, but its more of a supporting factor than a main focus.

I think fighting should always be an option, whether it be PvP or PvE but never necesssry. I enjoy fighting. But not all the time.

We never really had any interactions so you didn't ever bother me.

I have always tried my best to be friendly on this site and avoid toxicity towards others so I don't think I really had enemies... apart from one who shall not be spoken of. lmfao

I think fighting should always be an option, whether it be PvP or PvE but never necesssry. I enjoy fighting. But not all the time.

Yea i get that, i mean just have fun dont force fights when other rp might be more fun.
