They marked tsunade before the transportation tech and sent Mei to Tsunade.They need a seal to perform FTG.

Genma can't use FTG by himself here's the proof.He needs minato's other bodyguards as well

Ninja from place to place and that's why mizukage was transferred to the same
Place as other kages .
Still that doesn't mean genma can't use FTG just for himself .

Kakashi stamina made him struggling against so many shinobi .
He is good ninja but pandu over rating him like he can take them easily .
Kakashi is overrated ..


Genma wasn't in konoha and he didn't fight pain either
FTG will surely destroy pain paths but kishimoto wanted
To give naruto the title of konoha hero and he didn't want genma to have the title of konoha hero.

Might as well tell you, FTG isn't 'unbeatable'. Allow me to mention why below, though despite me mentioning these things you'll surely still say I'm wrong:

1.) Just knowing the FTG Technique doesn't mean he knows how you use it as well as Minato. Obito as the Masked Man was still very capable of keeping up with MINATO who used it once he saw it enough, Minato was the only proficient user of the FTG.

1.1) To follow up on this, Kakashi was trained by Minato and was a genius at stuff like this. Kakashi would be able to recognize the Jutsu's uses, Seal or Kunai. Kakashi being the kind of kid he was, probably thought of ways to counter the FTG as a -kid- let alone as an -adult- now.

2) Status Does Not Mean Everything. Just because one of status is in said status position doesn't mean he's stronger. Perhaps Minato knew Kakashi and Gai would be more useful out in the field or training others then they would be guarding him. Besides Minato didn't exactly -need- guards in the first place.

Genma isn't amazing, from what I've seen he's just some plain shinobi, that's all.

Movies have nothing to do with the manga.
About minato, how did he flyoff along with kushina if he isn't able to transport any other one?
It's clearly mentioned in naruto wiki that Genma needs the other bodyguards to use FTG.
