What is your rate to these jounin ?
The rate describe their ability as ninja and how affective they are in battlefield.

This is my rate to konoha jounin and apparently non of them get 10/10 because it's impossible
To be perfect ninja but still they are good shinobi's XD

Simply, genma is elite jounin who used to be personal 4th hokage elite bodyguard.
Minato choice him over kakashi and the others ..

Kakashi get 8.5 because his stamina is so low which effect his performance as shinobi

You gave kurenai 1 and asuma 8.What is this rating really based on??

4th hokage choice him because he trusted his ability beside only
Genma knows FTG jutsu and it's enough to destroy any opponent.

2 ninja only knows how to perform FTG jutsu since its S-class jutsu and those 2 are minato and genma
